Stayed here last year and I really liked the place. The staff is very friendly and will help you out with anything. We even got an upgrade. They helped us out with booking a hotel we wanted to go up next. The breakfast was good, clean areas, a little bookshelf with loads of travelbooks and a nice outdoor space. In the back of the neighborhood there is a shopping center and the round train is also nearby. Taxi's are real cheap so you can go anywhere.

Really friendly staff. Good rooms (I had a shared shower/bathroom. Was still good). Great breakfasts. Lovely place.
Taxi drivers won't know where you are, even with GPS and instructions written for them Take the circular train; cheaper, better experience, normally faster in traffic.

Large room, good Breakfast, bed with mosquito net, quiet. Takes about 40min to go downtown by train (300kyat) . We got there at 7am, early check in and breakfast was offered without additional costs. Highly recommended. Taxi downtown should not be more than 4000-5000kyat.
