Great hotel. Clean. Good beds, pillows, service, food on site, location, bathtub, wifi, tv-eng/hbo/news, amenities et al.
5 stars at this price point. Very Satisfied we are.

Higher management, reception supervisor and operation manager is very irrepsonsible coward staff. Relunctant to return customer deposit cash upon request. Customer have to make police report then he agreed to come in before customer check out to return the deposit. If police report was not made he wont agreed to come in early. He dont even dare to face me and apologise for whatever he have done. Those who wish to stay in this hotel, please do not leave any deposit cash with them. You might not be able to get it.

GM or Director of this hotel, hope you can review the management of the hotel. Example, if junior staff, have no authority to handle dollars or other rights, ensure whoever have the authority is contaactable at all times and standby to make a trip back to hotel to settle it. I have request supervisor and operation manager to come back to settle my issue but both of them chose to stay at home to sleep. What are they trying to show? No respect for customer and trying tarnish hotel reputation? In my opinion, they have no suffice qualification to hold the appoinment.

Quiet and easy go downtown about 1 Km. Not new but clean and cheap.

Small room with acceptable Wi-Fi. Breakfast was very simple: Fried rice and noodles, fried eggs and vegetables. Very friendly and attentive staff.
