Room feels clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable. Towels are clean and white if you are lucky. Otherwise really old and yellow, better off as floor rags. Water pressure isn't great but hotel management made an effort to install heaters that come with built-in pumps. TV reception is quite poor and there is no English news channel available. Breakfast is almost the same everyday and cold most of the time. Complained about it but no changes. Staffs are great and always ready to help. Location is OK, quite near to town centre.

Very happy . Staff very friendly. Very helpful. They served and welcome guest with their heart. . Never ask any tip . Their smile make us feel home and happy. Room is clean. Breakfast is the best among all 3 star hotels in this area. Short taxi trip to Shwe Dagon pagoda. Worth for money. Worth for stay .I strongly recommend this friendly hotel if you are visit to Yangon. 👍👍👍

Don't like this city and hotel is so so but ppl in the hotel very nice and helpfull. They have printed out our boarding passes and helped us with everything.

The hotel is clean and staff is really helpful. The included breakfast was also beyond expectations as it was a nice buffet with local and western delicacies.

Very nice and friendly staff, good location and fine room! We have a view on the Shwedagon paya from the 7th floor. Facilities are good, there is a laundry self-service. Taxi booked by the reception is cheaper than getting one yourself. We also booked the bus ticket to Bagan at the reception for 16.000 MMK.

Good value for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is a delight! Location is a bit further out of the main tourist area but only 5mins taxi to Shwedagon pagoda. The room is clean and bathroom shower has curtain, however window is not soundproofing so you'll hear a little of traffic noise at night. If you're only looking for a decent place to sleep and have breakie to wait for sunrise/sunset at the pagoda, this is a good choice👍
