It was a fairly decent hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms seemed clean. Bathrooms were incredibly small however. Breakfast was also lacking a fair bit with only a few choices available. Location was another issue. While it was somewhat close to the Shwedagon, it was far from the rest of the city centre. The area around the hotel also didn't feel very comfortable to walk around in at night.

Okay. Their breakfast aren't very good. They have a meeting room but it wasn't finished at the time. The rooms were okay but no day light, they said we had view on the city but when we opened the curtains, we could touch the building next to it. It's too bad someone have built a building there, there were more potential before.

The price is reasonable. Very practical in providing facility, for example they have hair dryer, shampoo and shower cream are kept in the box attached the wall. safe is provided also.

Absolutely overpriced rooms for what you actually get. The rooms are small and very smelly. I couldn’t even sleep because of the horrible smell from the bathroom. Every time I entered the room I wanted to vomit. Breakfast was ok! However, the people who work there are very friendly and helpful. They also changed once the pricing “policy” just for us within 3 days. At first we got the price identical to our online booking and the next time a little paper with high walk-in rates magically appeared ($65 for night).

Staff were friendly. Room was exactly what we thought it would be. shower took a long time to heat up which is expected. Breakfast was decent, interesting to see what the locals eat for this meal.

Quite new budget hotel (2015) with ok quality. The location is not in the main road, you need to go inside around 100m from main road. Not so big, but it has 7 floors and also rooftop which you can see Shwedagon Pagoda from there. Room is ok, but in the morning around 6 am, you will hear bird voices and make you waking up because the room is not soundproof. Breakfast is ok, not so good but still acceptable with enough menu.

Seriously, when a corp had this kind of employees, it'll guarantee a success. Breakfast is satisfying, room is clean, the bed is so comfortable with clean white sheet, the pillows are my fav! Close to downtown Yangon! After all, i love my stay!

A fair priced hotel in Yangon. it is set between the airport and the city centre. You can easily experience the local life by walking around the hotel. Local food shops, groceries, markets and a mall are just a few steps away.
The rooms are nice and clean. Room size was adequate for the amount I paid. The roof top has a view of the Pagoda and great for early morning photography.
Breakfast is simple, so don't expect much, but it will be enough to start your day.response / report this review -

Extremely clean hotel with updated rooms (per the hotels pics online). Staff were excellent and accommodating. Breakfast is included and while basic, also satisfactory. Reasonable location with 3000-4000 kyat taxi to downtown available. Nice view of the Shwedagon Pagoda from the rooftop.
