  Positive: location (in the new Bagan) / comfortable and in good condition / swimming pool / ebikes hire in front of the entrance
  Negative: staff not very helpful and knowledgeable, inattentive
  Overall: good place to stay for its convenience. Avoid the restaurant (expensive and blend)

  If only I could give 0 stars, I would. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my husband and I had to cancel our Burma trip for our honeymoon. We gave this hotel 4 days notice and explained our circumstances and not only did they not reply when contacted, they also wouldn’t give even a partial refund to our $900 booking. Appalling customer service with no care to customers. I would definitely avoid this hotel at all costs, as they show little understanding and are very money hungry. I’m unsure how they have a high rating, with such poor customer service. I understand they may need to take first night charge from us but to keep our funds for the whole week when we canceled, is disgusting. Do not stay here, we are still yet to have any response from their management. Disgusted with their service.

  An excellent resort. Service is top notch. We arrived early and they let us checked in early free. We have to leave early in the morning and they packed us breakfast to go. The room is large and beautiful. Food here is also very good. One of the few restore actually have declicious food.

  Such a beautiful place, and some amazing staff, they went all the way to place us, even we have messages from the cook every morning on our plates. I will recommend this hotel, you'll love as I did. Great restaurant across the road with foot and body massage (the best).

  Parfait. Un tarif tout à fait attractif en basse saison, et un package de visite sur 3 jours des sites de Bagan à un prix abordable.
  Le staff est adorable, et la piscine juste indispensable dans cette zone sèche et chaude du pays.
