Excellent hotel for exploring the temples of Bagan, really friendly and helpful hosts and the breakfasts are great.

Very nice guesthouse.
We came at early morning 4.30 and got the room without extra costs.
Staff speak English, they are super nice. Always giving you sweets, tea, coffee. Also they can arrange bus or flight tickets.
We took from them bikes - 1500k and e-bikes 6000k per day. Every time we came to guesthouse they changed for us ebike for those with full battery what is important. Also they can help you to choose which places are best to visit and which are the best for sun rise and sun set.
Room are simple, but clean and with AC. They change towels everyday and clean room.
Breakfast is delicious. Coffee, watermelon juice, some fruits, extra local snacks and one dish from menu to choose. Everyone will find something good.
The only things is price, it is expensive 32$. It is a lot according to the local standard.response / report this review -

Very kind and helpfull hotel manager with good english, hotel offers also bike and e-bike rental, tours to Mt. Popa and sells bus tickets to cities. Good breakfast. Recommended.

Although it's a bit expensive for a guesthouse we don't regret having stayed here. The owner and her staff really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, they invited us for Myanmar tea, gave us great recommendations for sunset and sunrise and even found me a haircut for 1000k! Overall it feels great to have this kind of service

Great hotel with great location and wonderful staff! Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Amazing breakfast and different dishes to chose from. Would definitely recommend!

Pros
1. Very kind - they lent us rain coat for free and each time we went out or come in, they opened the door for us.
2. Early check in is free
3. Bicycle rental service (1500 k)
4. Rooftop has nice view.
5. Super clean
Cons
1. Over priced. ( double room $30) G. H!! Not a hotel.

This guesthouse went above and beyond in terms of service. We felt very appreciated here and would stay here again. Breakfast was delicious where you could choose your own and it included fruit as well! The pickup from the station was very worth it and they try their best to accommodate you immediately even if you arrive early after taking the night bus. They have a good price for ebikes and are always around to help you or answer your questions! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Un accueil plus que chaleureux, un personnel aux petits soins. Une chambre pas très grande mais parfaitement propre. Un petit déjeuner plus que copieux. Une guesthouse très bien située : proche de nombreux temples et dans une rue avec plein de restaurants.

The owner is quick to respond to my emails and the ride from jetty is comfortable. The owner is very helpful in providing info for visitibg of temples, pagoda, safety and dinning. Owner Also speaks good English. The hotel is alOng main road and near the market. Great location and close to nice dinning places and beautiful pagoda.

It's a guest house. The lady owner went above herself to take us around a short tour on our tight schedule. The room is nice and cozy. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. The staff are so nice to us. Will come back.

Rooms from 30 to 45 usd. Lady understands some chinese, english. More higher class than some, also rents bikes and ebikes for good price
