Good hostel, Strange price politics, double room is one night 23, the next one 59 Euros. Shouldn't be the case in a proper hostel.
Perfect for single travellers, good and cheap activities. I would recommend staying 3 days here to see Bagan. Rent your scooter 50 meters to the right of the hostel. It's half the price the one next to the hostel charges you (2500 Kyat)

Oh the Ostello Bello. I came to Bagan thinking I would stay maybe a night or two, look at some temples and then move on to see the rest of the country. I made my calculations without the Ostello.
Cause I ended up staying two weeks. It’s just such a lovely place. When you arrive with the 6am night bus the rooftop awaits you with showers and comfy beds to rest. The guys at the reception are just lovely, especially Yin Yin, Jules, Julian and MJ. They could help you with almost any question and occasionally share a beer with you after their shift was over.
Breakfast is a bit different every day, there is always free tea and coffee. The restaurant is really good too, with good pizza and excellent fried rice. Oh yeah, and there is free pasta 3 times a day, never miss that! At nights there is always some game going on, happy hour also shouldn’t be missed cause they have really good cocktails too!
If this sounds like I am in love with this place, well what can I say, i guess I am.
I really can’t say anything negative about the place. Well maybe that they stop serving alcohol at 11pm, but then again that’s not their fault, it’s the law. Plus I probably wouldn’t have been able to get up to see the gorgeous sunrise every morning if they did. ;)

Nice place! Comfortable bed, very new and clean sanitary, nice pool and hangout areas. Breakfast was surprisingly good as well! I think they just could improve the reception: had to wait a long with checking in and if i wanted to ask something, didn't go so smooth. Also on a noisy road, so i missed a bit a quiet space, but furthermore: perfect! Especially for socializing: met great people here!!

Ostello Bello is a great place for meeting fellow travellers. I'd highly recommend staying here if your travelling solo. Plenty of trips can be booked here and e-bikes close by. (It's cheaper if you walk a little bit to get your bike) food is good but again a bit more on the expensive side plus the games played in the evening are quite fun too.

We didn’t stay here but we heard the place serves cold beer and western style dishes. The pizza is amazingly good and affordable (12inches) and they serve cold local beer. Service is almost non existent like a regular fast food where you queue, order and pay. Still highly recommended.

Great hostel with good breakfast and the staff are helpful to book transport, tours, and provide recommendations.

Also, if you book directly at the hostel, you could save on their other locations in Inle Lake and Mandalay. This was our favorite of all 3 locations we stayed.

The dorms are very clean and comfortable. Our roommates were noisy but that is a matter of luck. We didn't manage to go on the free tour but we heard it was absloutley amazing and the tour guide speaks great English and likes to explain everything there is to know in Bagan.

The location of the hostel was good and there is an e-bike rental just next to it.

Nice hostel with good common areas for meeting other people, good location in new bagan and nice and clean beds. It is quiet noisy sometimes in the dorms but I guess its really a matter of luck. We didn't manage to go to the free tour but met the guide and it sounds amazing well at least the guide was when we met him.

Especially for foreigner but local can stay also by filling the requested form. Affortable prices with unique decoration and clean environment. Serve breakfast and a free tour in the morning. Tourists around you which you can feel differences. The cheapest room is around 20 USD even in high season. I will go and stay there again if go to the heart of Myanmar, Bagan. .😇😇

Had a great time at this hostel. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of things to do. With the bar/restaurant out front it's really social and easy to meet people.

Also the roof top is a nice place to hill and if you arrive early on the night bus, there's a place to sleep, shower and bathroom there.

Good location, love the happy hour, free pasta and cigar. Just - 1pt for the rashes in the middle of the night which I couldn't believe are mosquito bites. I'm under the blanket but I have the rashes all over my body which woke me up and couldn't sleep anymore after.

Good. Slightly pricey. It has a good backpackerscene, so if you wanna meet people it is the place.
Go two minutes either left or right before renting e-bikes - prices decline as you move away from the hostel. Also, the e-bike places often include your laundry in the deal, if you request/haggle.

A bit more pricy than other hostels but totally worth it. You get much more Service and extras which compensates for the higher price. Great place to stay!

Excellent hostel, one of the most sociable and fun I ever stayed in. Daily tours are organised at sunrise, sunset and in between and made a lot of new friends here. Restaurant was great, the burger was delicious. Staff were very friendly, consisting of both locals and westerners. Highly recommended overall.

This hostel is very comfy it is located in New Bagan. Which is around 4 km from old Bagan. Most of the temples to view in archeological zone are located in old Bagan. So quite far to walk on feet but one can definitely take a bike or a bicycle to visit sites. They have got free short portion pasta available for lunch and dinner + morning free tour provided you have your own bike. They also book group boat tours on reasonable price.

The hostel was perfect!! Comfortable and with a lot of Activities that helped me to enjoy more my staying and meet a lot of people!
I loved the breakfast included and all their FREE stuff like tea and coffe 24hours, Free Pasta Taste several times per day, Free Cigars, Free Towel and Shampoo!!
One of my best accommodation around Asia.

This hostel has a very convenient location. It is clean and well equipped with everything you might need during your stay in Bagan. Staff is very helpful organising group excursions with the other guests of the hostel to visit the temples. They know that many buses from Yangon arrive early in the morning and rooms might not be available yet, so they offer free beds on the rooftop where you can take a nap and recover from the trip.

I didn't stay here but I went there for dinner and happy hour.

The place is good, food was good and the staffs are speaking good English. It's a cool place to hang out as well, next time if I'm visiting Bagan I'll consider to stay here

This place also offer tours for the guests (free and some of the tours you have to pay but still inexpensive)

The staff make this place the great hostel that it is.
The place is clean, well equip and has good facilities. The beds could be a touch wider otherwise it is a good hostel. The staff however make it a great hostel. The staff are friendly and welcoming and do all they can to help their guests. I was a little unwell there after a rather suspicious lunch at a local restaurant and the staff really helped me out. They changed my travel tickets for that night and gave me some meds to stop being unwell. They really helped me when i needed it and they did not have to.
prices may seem high but they are not for Bagan.

Friendly staff and superb service. Ostello Bello is located in the most convenient corner of Bagan. It's accessible to stores, bike rentals, tour companies and local restaurants. The hostel itself is clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms always have toiletries. They also offer breakfast (comes with the room rate). They also have free pasta, free tea/coffee and they have free tours (sunset tours). Highly recommended!
