Service was not bad.Designs are aicient and love it.Facility also good and breakfast buffe is great l.There is only weak point that the glass from bathroom door are not suitable.It can visible throughly from outside to showering.

I give 5 stars ,coz this hotel very nice . Nice staff , nice location(in new bagan) and nice price . The dinning room is on the roof top . Any information we can ask from front office they can anwer every question.

Very cozy and convenient. Room was small but filled with everyday needs like hair dryer, kettle. Breakfast was buffet and has a very good choice.

Probably the best place I've slept at in all of Myanmar (lower budget traveller couple). Staff is extremely nice and accommodates you as soon as you walk in through the beautiful door. We got a surprise discount after paying the normal price, which is very unexpected in a place where people tend to scam you wherever they can. The breakfast is really good, offering a variety of western and Burmese food. Super happy with the choice, especially because its in the same price bracket as the more popular hostels here in New Bagan.

Nice rooms, nice stuff. When we were there, electricity shut down about ten times in a day, but i think that happened probably to all the places around there. We had some problems, becouse we only could pay with cash and we didnt have enough that time but they gave us an e-bike for free and we got to atm.

Located in an alley which is quiet. Rooms are adequately small but able to accomodate a good living space. E-bike is available to hire by the guesthouse. Breakfast (no a wide spread) but worth to eat.

We arrived very early in the morning by bus from Yangon. We were not able to check in as the rooms were full, but the hotel did let us leave our luggage in the reception area. We were able to rent scooters from the hotel and take off for the sunrise. The room could have been more clean, but it was okay for 1 night and the shower was really nice with hot water and high pressure. The location of the guesthouse was good, as it was convenient to reach the temples from there with the scooter. We rented 2 scooters from them, and came back midday for a break, during which the hotel re-parked the scooters across the street and later took one of the scooters for a battery change (without informing us of any of these actions), so that was a bit odd. We had to wait a few minutes, but they brought a replacement scooter. We were able to pay the hotel in USD or MMK.

Very professional and friendly staff. Big and very modern rooms for very low prices. Also very flexible: We arrived at 4am in the morning, could use the room and were only charged for the breakfast.
The facilities were flawless and even stylish. We (1 couple, 1 male, 25-31 years old) liked it all very much.
The breakfast was ok, but compared to others not the best of our stay in Myanmar. Still 5 stars!!

Stayed for two nights in June, 2016 and had a wonderful experience. Staff were very helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English so we're able to answer or questions. Was the nicest place we stayed in Myanmar and still within our budget limitations. Toiletries provided, hot shower, wifi (spotty connection like most places in the city), clean comfortable bed, powerful air con.
