The doorm at the top is way to warm. Old ac which is not strong enough to cool down the room. Also you have to walk downstairs to go to the bathroom. There are better options for doorms. Doubleroom is fine with private bathroom.

This was a last minute desperate stay as we were late into Yangon and walking around with backpacks. It looked nice enough and was about 25AUD. However the bedroom was a bit if a let down. It was too hot to sleep with mo windows or draft. There was an aircon but it took me a while to locate the power box outside the room and turn it on. The kitchen was next door and rife with rats that we could hear all night. The towels were stained (blood?) and the bed sheets not awesome so sleeping bag inners were put to use - though to be fair we never asked for new ones. The shower/toilet room was reasonable. Breakfast was a skip given the vermin.

What can I say, good location but you'll hear all the conversations of the staff and of travellers from your room as if you were in the hallway with them (thin sheets of plastic to close openings above the wall of your room..)

Located less than a 5 mins walk from Sule Pagoda, it's a small guesthouse located on a small street in a busy area. Lots of vendors, and you can purchase your bus ticket on the same street. I booked one bed in a 4 or 5 bed dorm. The mattresses were on the floor with a mosquito net. Even though there was AC, it was still very hot at night. I attract mosquitos fairly easily, and woke up to more than 10 bites all over my body, even though there was a mosquito net. The bathroom kept running out of toilet paper. The only pros about this place is the location, as well as the breakfast. Otherwise, you pay for what you get here, and bring toilet paper.

I have stayed here multiple times over 10 years and find that this is a great oasis and guest house. There is a great social part with other guests if you choose or just be left to your solitude. Cold Myanmar beer 24 hours
