The customer service in this hotel is very poor, the people got upset we had food with us and they kicked us out of the hotel with the food we brought, when i asked for a manager he said he was and said he can not help me and in other words i should choose between the food or the hotel, with the service i got it was an easy choice and we left to hotel budva! Great service just looking how to help from the entrance until the room, if you are looking for a great experience in budva that's the place to go! Highly recommend hotel budva.

It was right across from the royal serbian family"s,private brach club. I just walked across the street yo the beach. Because of the economic sanctions on Yugoslavia the water was the most pure anywhere ive seen in the world because there had been no big rig boats polluting the, Adriac Sea, here. You can ser, Sicily, on the horizon onba clear day. All meals anf board was only $800 USD GOR 3 WEEKS. SERVICE VERY FRIENDLY AND FRESH FISH SERVED. I WALKED TO THE STORE ALONE EVERYONE WAS LIKE FAMILY. HIGLY RECOMMENDED! JILL STARR SVETI STEFAN WAS,ONLY A WALK AWAY.

Quite rude staff that wouldn't let me charge my drone battery. "Mobile yes drone no". Not that the capacity is massively higher Also 95% of tables empty and it took 5 mins for anyone to come. Very poor English as well.

Unprofessional, unhappy and not friendly staff, falling apart bathrooms, dirty rooms, a lot of mirrors and glass doors that need to be cleaned. They advertise multiple restaurants and bars, most of them were closed in August/high season.
Not sure who gave them 4*?
