This hotel was beautiful. Helpful, polite, cheerful staff that could not do enough to help. Everyone said hello. I have a nut allergy, i made the staff aware, in case of anything that had nuts in. All the staff in the catering area kept checking on me in case I needed help. It was lovely and reassuring. Food was superb, beautifully laid out. Everywhere was clean. Thankyou for a fabulous holiday to all the staff.

The hotel is set in beautiful gardens near to a lovely beach and easy waking distance to the of town of Budva. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you they are excellent in their manner knowledge and friendliness. The food is of a high standard with lots of choice. The room I had was a little on the small size but clean and tidy. I recommend both the hotel and the country of Montenegro to anybody as it is beautiful.

Food and Service are excellent, haven't eaten so well in quite a while. Rooms are good but could be a Little larger. Minor repairs required on some of the furnishings. Really friendly staff who are willing to satify almost any customer request.

Great food, staff and rooms. Loved the cocktails, you must try them. The only downside is that the pillows were lumpy.

Spotlessly clean, good selection of food and drink in a lovely location. Plenty of staff who are accommodating but not that cheery. You do need to get up early to reserve your sun bed. If flying into dubrovnik bring food for the journey, the border crossing can take hours.

Outstanding hotel. Right on the beach or if you prefer sunning by the pool, this hotel has two. Very quiet beginning of May, have the place to yourselves. Make sure you dine in the terrace restaurant. Won't beat the view.

Lovely place to stay. Children love that place. Children play area. Pool in and out, jacuzzi, children' evening parties. Friendly staff, great food, beach access, tennis and loads more

Nearly everything was perfect. We booked all inclusive at the Bellevue Terasse. The staff is very welcome. The room is spacious and clean. Sea view is great. The restaurant was better the year before (2015). This year (2016) the variety of food was poor. The meals were standard and far away from high class. 50% were pasta (pizza), the rest was more or less everyday the same.

The placed is nice but the staff it was not so friendly. The reception was not a help in any regard. The lady there has a very rude behaiver and not frindly at all. This service makes me decide to not come here any more.

The iberostar animation was very good . They are very friendly , funny and make us to have good holidays . I have been in iberostar for many years and i am very exciting for the animation . It is the best . Everyone there make the gesture to feel comfort and happy but the most is Maki . He always tries to do the best . Even with kids . My little brother adores him . You will have a lot of fun in this hotel . I promise .
