A very cool place, free acces to the Kitchen, a excellent vew of the montains, the sea, the city, and a Lot of space to expand your self. The only thing is that is dificult to find.

Quirky hostel but interior is nice and staff friendly. Guests are welcome to use the Pool and table tennis table and breakfast is included.

Cool place with a great view. Cold beer at the bar and a roof terrace you can sleep on. Not your average pretend-hipster-hostel, genuinely nice. The included breakfast was ok, but not great.

I had a wonderful time staying @ Hostel Anton. It was so pleasant for me that I decided to extend my stay to a couple of extra nights in order to explore the surroundings by motorbike (Tivat, Kotor Bay and Peninsula Lustica with Fort Kabula), drink beer and hang out with the guys there (from the US, Argentina, Sweden, Germany, Scottland and so on). It's a kind of a hippie-hostel (hey, don't kill me for my opinion) but everything is really pleasant, from the kitchen to the lounge area, the terrace on the roof with a nice view over Tivat Bay and Lustica, the ping-pong table, the retro stuff on display up to the kittens that hung around and played like crazy at the time of my stay. If you're good at playing some instruments (or just want make some noise) you have a piano and drums among some other stuff at your disposal. Breakfast ist really quite simple and frugal (some bread, butter and something sweet like marmelade, but there's coffee, milk and tea with a bowl of cereals - which made me happy in the mornings). There's also a fridge with drinks (from beer to wine and some othe local alcoholic beverages) for you to get mildly (hopefully pleasantly and slowly) drunk. In the kitchen there's everything you could possible want, I guess (but hey, I'd rather starve to death than cook).
I have no complaints, I enjoyed everything and everybody there. (Disclaimer: just keep in mind that a hostel is not for everybody out there. If you're flexible, curious, unsophisticated and look for experiences (rather than luxury) or just want to hang out with interesting people from all over the place, Hostel Anton is your choice to make.response / report this review -

I liked this place very much. I bit crazy and not too high comfort but very very authentic. Many baby kittens were playing around me. I met nice people right away. Balcony for all rooms. Nice view! Green, full of art.. I will come back here! Ready for jam sessions. Alternative.

Очень уютно, красиво и чисто. Дружелюбные и внимательные сотрудники. Красивый вид (хостел довольно высоко на горе). Есть печка, собака и кошка) На кухне все необходимое, можно готовить.

I visited this hostel two years ago, and it was really nice. The hosts are really pleasant and the entire experience was just a very relaxed one, I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tivat.

This a lovely hostel with wonderful staff and cool breakfast/lounge area that makes you feel like you were in the Caribbean :) I spent 4 days in Hostel Anton and had a lot of fun!

We stayed two nights in this lovely hostel. The people are very welcoming, the place is so pretty, on the hill a little bit outside of the city, and the house is nice and you can discover many interesting things and people. Of course, it is not a place for wellness and comfort, but it is a place for friendship, sharing and integration.
The first night, we booked a room. The last night of our vacation we just stopped by to ask for an additional night. They were fully booked, but because we liked it so much there, they offered us a matress on their roof. It was the best night of our holiday.
