  Pretty good in the middle of October, not sure about the high season as air conditioning doesn't seem to do much of anything.

  The place was clean and tidy. Rooms were adequate and yes the bathroom was a little small with shower tray being a corner a corner one at that.
  
  Fresh towels everyday and beds made. Service was good and cleaners always visited room while we were out which was good.
  
  Breakfast each morning was vast with a fantastic selection. Seating bit outdoors that we only discovered second day because restaurant is so big. However seemed like everyone smoked out there.
  
  Outdoor pool area was well maintained and kids club was far away which was sigh of relief. Wasn't heated though so only jumped in quickly. But loungers were new and attendant gives you separate towels so no need for towels from room.
  
  Choice to go all inclusive at the hotel upon check-in and they give you a discount. Staff were friendly everyone and seemed to really care about guests which was good.
  
  For a cheap stay you can't fault this place.

  We stayed here the first week in October and arrived very late at night, the man at the reception was very helpful and said as it's late we will book you in in the morning so here is your room key, we got to our room and saw a cold dinner and drinks had been set out for us which was very welcome after a 2 hour drive from Dubrovnik airport!
  We had a lovely time at this hotel, our room was on the 3rd floor and had a panoramic view with mountains and across the bay with Sveti Stevan in the distance. Food was plentiful & staff were all friendly. We found it unusual that men were not asked to wear long trousers at evening dinner but that maybe the norm for that area.
  Plenty of sunbeds on the beach but if you venture into the lovely clear water you need to get a pair of cheap rubber plimsols from nearby promenade shops as the sand is like fine gravel!
  We can't really find any faults other than the previous mention of small balcony & sliding shower entrance rather tight for large people. We went everywhere on the buses which were low cost and also went through the nearby footpath tunnel to Budva town.
  I would recommend this hotel but not sure what it would be like in peak season but that would apply to all other hotels as well

  Rudest staff ever experienced. They had issues getting their money from Expedia that we paid because their office was closed on Sundays. They REFUSED TO GIVE US OUR PASSPORTS and told us to pay regardless if we paid Expedia already because they couldn't contact their reservation department on a Sunday to figure it out. "Pay or leave" they said to my family and I. By far rudest and most unprofessional staff ever encountered. Not to mention, illegally threatening to keep OUR PASSPORTS. 2 star hotel at best. DO NOT stay here. Several hotels in the area, hopefully they treat their guests with more respect.

  Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, ordentlich,(Danke an Radmila S.)
  gut ausgestattet, SAT TV, Kostenfreies WLAN in ganzem Hotel und
  sogar am Pool und am Strand.
  Die Zimmer sind klimatisiert.
  Der Wellnessbereich ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
  Aber bei dem schönem Wetter brauch man Innenpool nicht.
  Lage direkt am Meer mit eigenem Badestrand und Gratisliegen,
  große Buffetauswahl mit sehr guter Speisenqualität
  Danke natürlich auch an restliches Personal des Hotels.
