Beautiful hotel, kind staff, oasis within walking distance of major Marrakech sights. Taxi drivers offer tours right outside the door- avoid if you're just needing a quick ride to someplace in town, hop in for a tour.

I think think this hotel was an amazing place once upon anytime but not anymore. The place is not maintained properly and not in a very clean state. When we got into our room there was only one towel and nothing else in the bathroom. The room wasn't properly cleaned either. I called three times until I finally got another towel. Service here is bad. Breakfast buffet is not something I usually look forward to.

This place is a absolute disaster the air condition dose not work. The breakfast was a total shamble the food was covered with wasps and flys. Service was rubbish. Everything was disgusting.
