Wow, from the moment we walked in we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble, we were shown around the hotel and all our luggage taken care of. The hotel is a cavern of wonderful rooms and open courtyards easily accessible all the time. The Staff are very friendly and attentive every time you see them. Had food in the Restaurant on the first night and it was excellent. Were taken on the courtesy bus to the exclusive country club for residents that is only a short journey away (10 mins) a very relaxing time in the tranquil gardens. Would definitely recommend the cookery school the hotel put on. Hope you enjoy your trip here as much as we have

Had a reservation but still had to wait 30min. Otherwise it was absolutely wort it. The jazz bar is amazing, the food perfect and there is even a band. Perfect place to end the holidays in marrakech

We loved this place! Beautiful setting, very quiet and calm, fantastic food and great service. More expensive than other places but worth it if you want something more refined and if a high standard. The wine was also delicious, our waiter recommended an amazing bottle!

Very nice, welcomed change from the local hustle and bustle. This was a very smart restaurant with nice food. The prices were expensive compared to 'local' food, but were still very cheap - when compared to international prices that you may be used to.
Nice portion sizes and we found that nothing was a problem. The waiters were accommodating our every requests and even making positive suggestions for us.response / report this review -

It doesn't get any better. Extraordinary food fabulous food. Be sure and order the amazing salads. Loved the lamb shank (Souris d'agneau), too. Great!

A lot smarter than I was expecting but they still let us in. Absolutely incredible food, amazing staff and live music while you are from exceedingly talented musicians.

Lovely accommodations and food. However, their best quality by far is the staff and service they provide. Our hotel door was gusted open in the middle of the night by a local storm. Breaking the wooden door and lock. We notified staff of the situation and set up a new room and accommodations instantly. Accidents and natural disasters are inconvenient of course, but the service to follow up on these non-controllable occurrences is what defines a great hotel.
Excited to come back here the next time we are in Marrakech! :)response / report this review -

This place is great. Food, service and setting (live music by the pool) all amazing until I asked for a fruit salad and got a bowl with a few pieces of uncut fruit.
Otherwise I cannot fault them. The rest of the food was the best Moroccan I've had in Marrakech. A must try. And if you were wondering, the fruit was nice.response / report this review -

A truly cannot miss place when in town. We had dinner here with live music in the background. We came back for a Hammam which was totally worth the price. The bar is entertaining as well. A little price but worth it. (600 MAD for a couple dinner with wine) Totally worth it!

The building is magnificent. It is just unbelievable. There is such an amazing ambiance in the restaurant. They had live musicians as we ate dinner. The food was also some of the best we had in Marrakesh. The lamb tagline was exceptional.

I came to this place for a nice lunch and got it. My choices were orange soup (had never tried) and shrimp risotto. Everything was just on point. The ambience is very cozy, romantic and excelente for intimate celebration.
