Super Hotel.. service impeccable.
I visited only the lobby and ended up leaving in a few minutes However the place looked nice and clean.
Beautiful hotel. Relaxing, friendly, very clean and in a fantastic location. First time in Marrakesh and will bringing our kids next time and will be returning to this hotel. Beautiful decor too. Modern but traditional. I speak awful French but the staff tried their very best to help and nothing was too much to ask of them. Fantastic. Can't wait to visit again!
Very poor quality of hotel. Not at all a five star. Breakfast and restaurants are pathetic. Service levels are really low.
Shortly A truly five stars :D
I went to the rooftop bar for an evening meal at 20:00.
I ordered a pizza. After 90 minutes it still hadn’t arrived. There was about 4 tables with people on. I don’t understand how they can be that incompetent.
Excellent. Clean rooms very well done great staff great food
Great roof top bar, prices are so so (London like, therefore reasonable for a 'fancy' hotel). The music was TERRIBLE! A little offensive actually. If you're not a fan of hip-hop, then I suggest you stay away. I was tempted to try plug my iPhone into the DJ deck and play some Buddha Bar music which would have been very appropriate given the surroundings.
Music is important and can make a big difference. Shame it made a bad mark on otherwise pretty good service.
Disappointing! On first glance, the Hivernage Hotel seems a very cute, modern hotel. Upon further inspection, however, it is shown to be the very opposite. Staff are a mixture of hostile and incompetent, a problem exemplified by the many problems with the rooms. The AC did not work, so the room was a sweaty mess. The running water was yellow, with a disgusting smell, a recurring problem that the staff were unable to fix, nor did they seem like they even cared. Avoid!
Beautiful building, great rooms, very romantic
Il est restauré au goût du jour.
Parfait au plan géographique.
Top rapport qualité /prix.
Restaurant réputé tenu par un chef français de St Tropez.
Precious intimate nice design
A really pleasant stay. Polite staff, great spa, good food in the adjacent restaurant, very nice rooms.
A really nice high-quality retreat from the bustle and madness of the city. A home from home.
Currency exchange on the doorstep, nice pool (but freezing), beautiful evening rooftop bar, expensive but pleasant spa experience too.
Would definitely return.
Provides some of the best Hotel Service in Morocco, expensive eating though
