Very disappointed with this hotel. From the website you get the impression that it is modern and luxurious, when in fact it is old and tired. The Spa was a joke, my Sister had her massage at 11am and came back up clearly distressed. When she told us about her experience I was extremely alarmed. She had been brought into a room with her friend and told to strip off completely and lay down where a towel was put over her which just covered all of her dignity, throughout her treatment her wet cold body was exposed and she could feel the member of staff constantly bumping into her body because the tables were too high. My experience was going to be different as I had my 25 year old son with me so when I went down for my treatments (2.30pm) I insisted we have separate rooms, they were not happy about that. It has two members of staff who know the basics of a massage. They lead you into a blacked out room, which is freezing cold and told me to remove my clothes, I insisted I left my underwear on, and I was told to lay down on a bed, which I found to be damp. There were no scented candles or soft music and she applied a small amount of oil to her hands which was used for the whole massage. I did not feel or see her replenish that oil. She started of one leg then moved to the other leg leaving me uncovered and cold. She moved up to my back which was supposed to be a Neck, Back and Shoulder Massage but she barely touched my shoulders or neck and was yawning throughout. She then asked me to turn over, removed the towel completely and started on my face and head with the tiniest amount of oil. No cleansing, no cleaning, no conversion explaining what she was doing, then she suddenly got up flipped a towel over my eyes and left me on the bed freezing. When she returned I had got up because I was in pain from lying down on my back and I couldn't stop shivering. She lead me out told me to get dressed and I saw her again at the reception area with the bill. Her other colleague was folding up the damp towels from my room and was putting them back in the cupboard. By the time my Niece's went down for their treatments (4pm) the towels were wet and again they were put together, told to remove all clothing and both staff members were either yawning or talking to each other during the treatments. At one point one of my Niece's, who is a professional beautician, was going to stop the massage and teach her how to do it properly but decided just to get it over with as quickly as possible and get back up to her room so she could shower. The rooms are very basic and for two days we had no hot water at all, the shower wouldn't stay upright and we had no water pressure. Overall the staff were lovely, very polite and friendly and the rooms were clean, although my Niece's did have ants in their room which were never dealt with even though we asked for house keeping to sort it out. No complaints were taken seriously and we even heard the guests staying in the £300 per night suites complaining. The food wasn't bad, breakfast was included but don't expect much. Everything takes so long to get to you that it's practically cold when it arrives. I wouldn't go again which is a shame because we found a wonderful guide who was very good at taking us to local places you would never find on your own. Don't forget to leave some money for the taxes, which is paid as you check out of the hotel it cost my son and I, 132 MAD for the four nights. It is calculated at 6 Euro per person per night.

I will give no more than 3 stars for this hotel.
Every day the same for breakfast, food and drinks cointainers were always mostly empty.
Very good location. Entrance and staff very nice and helpful.
Rooms very big but not so clean.
Swimming pool all day in shadow with cold wather.
Nice terrace on the roof.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I am a Vegan and they catered for my diet without hesitation and I was impressed with the food. The room was nice and clean and I believe they were in the process of updating the rooms. The only problem that I had was the noise from the generator outside, it kept me awake but my companion slept through this. I didn't mention my issue with the generator to the staff. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. It is situated in a nice location only 15-20 minutes walk to the center.

Nice hotel which is not too far from the square and souks.
Basics were covered though i would have loved to have some fresh fruits for breakfast.
If you are a coffee lover.. please forget about this in Marrakech because you will be disappointed.

We have been to Morocco one week and had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was perfect. The room was just fine, but the bathroom was a little shabby and needed renovation. The food was delicious in all the meals we ate at the hotel.
The spa area is not to recommend. The water was cold, the sauna did not work and this area was shabby. The fitness room, on the other hand, was quite ok. We did not let that cold spa affect our stay, and will be happy to return to this hotel.

Despite having no drinking glass, cup, saucer in the room (you have to borrow from the bar) everything is excellent.

Fantastic stay! Staff were friendly and place was cleaned every day. Beds were comfortable and rooms have Air Con which made sleeping much easier as it has been very hot this week.
Breakfast was also very enjoyable each morning with a decent selection.

Stylish halls downstairs, quiet rooms, ample bedroom, the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on, clean linnen, very varied and homemade breakfast buffet, welcoming staff. Very well situated near shops and restaurants and quiet and safe street. Walking distance (10 min) from medina.
