Excellent location, very nice staff and always helpful,rooms are always clean and smelling nice. Excellent power shower and breakfast is excellent and very delicious, it has an outdoor swimming pool which is an added benefit. It also has three restraunts : Bella Italia, Le Melkis (Marocain cuisine) and Le Rossini which serves International cuisine. Outside there a train station right in front also a selection of restraunts and the usual Macdonald's,KFC are also in the train station.

An exceptional hotel where the staff are truly professional and extremely friendly. Haleema on reception is an asset to your company, she offers fantastic service. The rooms are a good size and clean. The concierge service is fantastic and I didn't get the gentlemans name but he would go above and beyond. Absolutely fantastic with children and again a credit to the company

Great power showers-feels like a massage. Good price. Very clean. Excellent location right opposite main train station that has McDonald's KFC and a few other restaurants. Supermarkets nearby. I love this hotel it also has a bowling alley with 5 lanes and catering facilities under the hotel. Swimming pool is really good. It's a 3 star hotel that in my opinion is better than some of the nearby 4 stars.
Went again in October 2017. Slightly better. Love this hotel. Don't take anything from the minibar fridge unless you are prepared to pay hotel rates.

Overall is good but no pool view from this hotel only Opera Plaza has a pool view from room. Good location. Mini bar in room which is very pricey. Breakfast was good also mint tea is served with other hot drinks. Room is clean and shower is really good.
If booked advance online is cheaper than to pay direct to hotel reception.

I spent my birthday here, the staff were fantastic,they really looked after me.
The rooms were a good size and spotlessly clean.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Pool was great and nice shisha. Great location. Prices are reasonable too. Food and drinks slighty expensive. Would stay again 👍

Excellent and clean hotel located next to the train station. Rooms are large enough and clean. We requested a baby crib, and we were provided with a nice and clean one. Breakfast is OK. The hotel has also a secure underground parking, however the lift doesn't reach the parking therefore if you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to carry them in the stairs or park in front of the hotel to get the luggage out of the car.
The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is that they don't allow you to bring food from outside.
Overall I recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel but the wifi was hardly working, the beds were uncomfortable, the pool wasnt heated so nobody used it and when I asked for an extra pillow it took the staff 3 hours to bring it up even after asking multiple times. The building, staff and food overall are very good

We stayed at the Red Hotel 18th-22nd January 2016.
This is a lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are also lovely and very helpful.
Highly recommended :)
