This is one of the nicest hotels I've been to. Lovely atmosphere. I didn't stay there as I spent only 10 hours in Marrakesh, but it is a great spot for coffee and dessert and live music. It is expensive but that was expected and well worth it. I would definitely come back to that hotel and possibly even stay in it for a night of splurging if I ever come back to Morocco.

A beautiful hotel, with stunning gardens. The Italian bar is great for a casual drink, and the love music is a nice touch. It is a bit expensive, but worth it with efficient service and luxurious interiors.

I cannot rate the hotel itself because I haven't stayed there. We went there to see the place and its famous gardens and possibly for a lunch too. And we were disappointed. There was a problem at the gate with their "dress code". Finally we managed to get in and.. Yes. The gardens are nice. Not as amazing as described but really nice. But there's nothing more to do there. The whole place is overpriced, atmosphere is snobby and their dress code is more strict then in mosques! That's really ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this place. There are lot of better places to see in Marrakesh.

Beautiful hotel, nice people but very very pricy. Also one has to be very careful not to be taken for a ride! They have dress code for unlikely places, very inconvenient to say the least. Don't know when to relax or be stiff! At 30 deg C 3pm dressy shorts not acceptable in a number of places indoors and outdoors!!! First time for me here, of course my last.
