This hotel is about 20min from the airport and 30min from Media. It has a stunning backdrop of the Atlas mountains.
Food is pretty good with good variety and generally good quality. Only grip is there is no food from 5-7.
Pool bar is open all day but there's only one. Small but sufficient cocktail choice, one larger and wine available through the day.
There's a number of pools from 50-110cm and the water park is on site. Water park is getting a bit tired but good fun none the less. There's at least 3 separate areas for kids (50cm) with small slides, castle and ship. About 4 towers with 4 or more rides each (adults), including ring rides as well. There's a hotel indoor pool which is heated but not quite warm, the room was also quite cold when we stayed (March). We found the water /treatment quite strong.
Rooms are OK, a bit noisy for our liking and finish is a bit basic for a 4*. Number of defects, lack of tea facilities, fridge is empty, no bedside lights.
There's a play area for kids as well as a kids club which looked like it could do with some new equipment but OK.
Some staff are great but others are a bit slow or pass the buck. We did get frustrated a few times with the speed of service.
I'm summary we enjoyed our stay and had a good time but you have to make it a good time. In general I think it presents value for money but if you have noisy neighbours you may not be so happy!response / report this review -

This is not a full review. Review based on our first night stay of our week long all inclusive package. The hotel is far from the city. Rude reception. The bed and pillow covers smelled of smoke. Couldn't sleep all night. Wondering if they were washed in the first place. Not a good start.

Weird experience to be honest some of the slides are not safe, we where about to go down a large family slide with huge ring when we spotted another lifeguard walking halfway up the slide . The life guard at the top was staring of in to the distance. Either he fell 79 meters or we went with him.! . U must have kids that can use there own sense before u go this place also we got ill from the all gie in the water it turned our swim suits literally green even with bleach after they won't get clean.. also at weekends it gets crazy busy they open up to the locals and pretty much ignore the eu guests. There's literally one beer pump open for the pools and they serve locals over a huge questions of eu hold makers . It's sad because most of the staff try very hard . It's also not safe to leave the hotel . I could go on it was a weird experience oh and my shoes where stolen hope some dude with no $ had them

Staff are very friendly and welcoming in very part of the hotel. This was my first trip over and I found it very great experience. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

A lovely hotel. Always clean and tidy, beautiful views, great waterpark, comfy big beds, air con in rooms, food was very nice and staff were friendly and helpful.
It is in a great position close to landmarks and attractions but just far enough from the hustle of town.response / report this review -

The slides are great fun for adults and the kids! Service in the restaurants was brilliant and food was good, although does get slightly boring as expected if you are all-inclusive. It was excellent to be able to try the Moroccan breakfast dishes and fresh moroccan tea at breakfast! Catered for all the family. The entertainment team were really excellent and the evening shows incredible! The fire show on the last night made our entire holiday! Would highly recommend, particularly because of the entertainment supplied! Only issue we had was with the spa! Do not book as not professional at all! Double booked us and masseuses didn't know what they were doing.

Waterpark itself is wonderful, however the reception staff could do with some customer service skillsAll inclusive option get a bit regular after the 6 the meal, however they do change the fresh grilled/ BBQ option. The general staff seem hard working, however assume the had honchos need to fix up!!!
Had major issue on checking out, they didn't want to return my deposit for my beach towel, due to the reception staff not writing down my deposit!! Disappointing end to what was a lovely family holiday!!response / report this review -

It has been the worst experience of my life. On July 21, 2017, my family and I arrived at the hotel for our check in. We showed up at the reception and minutes later we had our keys. We proceeded to the room, once there I entered first and came across a horrible pictureANTS everywhere, on the bed, floor, pillows, windowsbathroom. TOTALLY INFESTED. I left immediately back to the reception. Once there, I explained what I saw. To my surprise I was astonished with the answer I got. "Mr we will go and spray and you can go back to the room". I was standing there with my wife and 2 boys . A year

old and a 4 year old. I could not believe he just said that. I asked him " Are you sure of what you just said" and the answer was "YES" chocked I said that If he does not change my room that I will leave and again..He looks at me and said "GO". Unbelievable talking about a 5 star hotel. once they realized what they did. they all started to apologize ..too late i said and left. Be careful about the cleanness of this hotel . My family and I spent 4 amazing days at this beautiful Aqua Park. It's was wonderful. The people were warm and inviting, The place was awesome. Our little one enjoyed it tremendously. There were several pools dotted around the park. With endless amount of water slides everywhere.
The food was great. A wide selection to choose from. Fruits and vegetable to your hearts desire. There was the buffet as well as the chef on standby to wipe up whatever you need. There was a barbeque outside near the pool.
You have to option of eating indoors or outside by the pool.
There was more than enough activities for children and adults.
100% would recommend this place. We are planning to go back next year.response / report this review -

Good hotel with friendly staff. Food is a bit bland and could do with more spices. About half hour drive from Marrakech centre. We paid 200 D for each way trips. Plenty of things to do while at the resort but would recommend going out as you will get bored of the pool and lounging around.
