It was a bad experience to stay at this place, it is not more than 2 stars,although location is good. They don’t provide bath soaps and other cleaning stuff ,you have to buy yourself,staff isn’t cooperative as well having always bad moods. There isn’t WIFI in the room, you have to go to lobby for internet.Better I should stay any less stars hotel instead.

Arrived 22nd Dec 2017. Left the very same day due to disgusting hygiene & horrible services. Quality of rooms is appalling. Dirty furniture looks as if not be cleaned for very long. Stained walls. Hair in places, that is absolutely atrocious for a hotel. Cracks on kitchen worktop. Burnt hob. Floor was wet, minute I entered it seemed as if it was flooded; cleaner was useless she just made it worse by making hallways with wet footprints

It’s well placed away from all the people hastling you and bothering you, the WiFi is shocking staff is not helpful at all could not even call us a taxi making us go on wild goose chase for taxi for two hours, and taxi drivers asking for ridiculous prices of 200 dirihams, could not even exchange money for us at the hotel stay away from the four eye guy with nasty teeth by the name of karim he utterly useless the staff in the night are diamonds willing to help with exchanging money and giving decent rates, leaving this review due to one guy who on several occasions ruined our nights.

We got told the apartments were 5 stars. NOWHERE NEAR 5 STARS!! More like 2 stars. It may look grand and big but the apartments are disappointing - I've stayed at better apartments hotels with less stars.
The original room we got given was not suitable for 5 people, it had 2 bathrooms but 1 of them only had a toilet and nothing else, no water supply so asked to be moved to another room - which took a while to explain to the staff. Even after that the 2nd apartment wasn't that great, just better than then first one with 2 proper, useable bathrooms. Numerous issues with the rooms from poor/dangerous fixtures and fittings like light switches & AC vents that weren't flush with the wall, to cracks in the floor and kitchen counter and numerous marks & stains on the walls and a poorly equipped kitchen - no toaster or microwave, scarce utensils. Sofa was supposed to be a white, but it was so dirty it was grey - to make things worse it was also a bed for one person. Even the services were poor from weak wifi in the rooms to the rooms not being cleaned properly - rubbish not being cleaned/picked up, putting a bed sheet on top of the old one, not fitting pillow cases on pillows after removing the old one, had to repeatedly ask for toilet roll as they never gave any. Even on arrival the apartment didn't have any towels or toiletries which you'd expect from a supposedly 5 star apartment hotel.
Only saving grace was that despite the language barrier the staff were nice - except one of the managers who thought it was acceptable to smoke near his desk infront of customersresponse / report this review -

Great place. Lovely outdoor view. Across the street from the mall. Splendid pool. Not too bad housekeeping service. Only bad thing was shower plumbing service.

It's a calm relaxing place. I loved it too much. Reception behaviour was a bit anoying at the begining, but it was a great place.

We went to Marrakesh for a week in the end of July 2016 and an very glad that my family of 5 and I stayed here. It was so relaxing with ability to use other facilities like resturants and pools of the nearby hotels (there's a few hotels under the name Palm literally next to each other). There's also Al mazar shopping mall literally opposite which was so convinient for buying clothes and food whenever needed. The staff were also professional and attentive. The pool was gorgeous and huge allowing us Muslims to have a peaceful relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend as would go and stay again in future. Hazara.
