  A real shame, I was here 10 years ago and I wanted to return to this hotel but the treatment has been very different, the staff is really bad, you do not expect this for a hotel of these characteristics and for what you are paying

  Excellent hotel - our stay was amazing! The highlights were the vast choices for breakfast, the beautiful gardens surrounding the pools and the signature smell in the lobby and the rooms. The staff were very friendly and there was always someone around to help, guide or organize.
  Unfortunately two of our days here were quite cold (5 to 10 degrees) and there wasn’t any heating in the hallways, so on our way from the room to the restaurant we were freezing. This is the only criticism I have.

  Bad experiences in this Hotel from Sofitel Casablanca to Sofitel Marrakech, beautiful place but rude and unprofessional staff. Service is bad too, when you request for water or something else it will always take 20min. to arrive if not you have to follow it up or remind them again. Not recommended for Tourist who had been to a 5 Star Hotels in Asia.. I've heard recently that Raffles and Fairmont Hotels are already acquired by Accor Group and I hope it will not be influence by Sofitel. : (

  A beautiful hotel with excellent service. The restaurant is great and the rooms are spacious. The restaurant is very elegant and the food is great.
