I was in a family room. There were no carpets. The air conditioning was very noisy. There was no refrigerator. When you ask the personel for something they "yes" and they don't do it.
However, the location of the hotel is good, near to the royal theater.

Very dissapointed, this hotel deserves maximum one star. Most of food of the day is from the day before, if you re all inclusive they ll still asking you to pay for bottle of water, coffee,..the organization is badly done..I will never ever comeback here

Hotel was ok, there are some absolutely unhelpful and rude employees, but there are also some lovely ones. It is hard to find someone who speaks English in the hotel. All the facilities are an extra charge which we were not advised before booking. I would not say this is a 4 star hotel, it's just basic. I had B&B, there wasn't much variety in food, and didn't really enjoy the food. I wouldn't book again.

It's basically a budget hotel and there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, you have to go to the public areas on ground floor to access Wi-Fi.
Breakfast is served and ok. Staff are ok and quite helpful.
No Guest Room Directory of available services and contact numbers available in the rooms, so you have to figure things out yourself. And no complimentary hotel stationery.
No tea or coffee available in rooms, and not all rooms have personal Safes and fridges.

Lovely hotel for a trip to Morocco and Marakech - we spent 4 nights at the hotel. The hotel staff are all super helpful, not all speak fluent English, but we didn't find this a problem. The pool and the area around was very well kept, very clean. Food was great at Breakfast and in the evenings. The Moroccan restaurant was nice - but having been to a traditional restaurant in the Atlas Mountains it didn't quite reach the same standards.

The only reason not to get 5* was the bathroom door in our room didn't quite shut and the air conditioning was a little temperamental. Cleaning staff were great, entertainment was good (the little we saw)

25-30 min walk to Jemaa el-Fna / 100 dr for a horse cart / 60 dr for a taxi.

Don't come here it's a nightmare won't let you have water to drink at breakfast you have to wait till 11am until you can get one it's rediculous re eption staff don't speak English and the exchange man throws your money at you I've never been to such am appalling hotel we've all had diarrhoea for four days keeps coming back the only nice thing I can say is the beds are comfortable I should know I've spent most of the time in my room which is the only place in hotel which has air conditioning in short avoid this place like the plague

Very clean and very grand.would be good if more staff could speak English. The evening reception Manager was awfuldis not help or want to resolve any issues.
Shower head was knackered, telephone in room did not work, AC did not work. When we got there first nightno one explained anything about hotel or its facilities.

Pros: friendly restaurant staff, nice pool, fairly well-equipped gym, nice location
Cons: inattentive front desk, gave me key to another guest's room (thankfully, they weren't in their room!), second room hadn't been cleaned (picture), room safe was broken, room telephone was broken, all-inclusive meals were the same daily, no wifi in rooms, 2-3 star hotel; definitely not 4 star!
