One of the best experience I had in a hotel in any country. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The hospitality is like no other. If you find your self on this side of the world. Stay here here for the service and the people. They are like no other I promise

Great hotel. The rooms are big. Good place to stay if you're traveling by motorcycle, because there is watched parking place in front of the hotel.

Big nice clean rooms, nice swimming pool and spa. Impressive massive authentic lounge. Very kind personnel and reception service. Near the Socco Alto mall and Rose Blue disco, Golf Club and the Boston bakkery

Exceptional staff but a lot of room for perfection.
To start with I want to say that the rooms were very beautiful and that the staff was absolutely lovely. But there were some downsides: the bathtub was incredibly narrow, which made the experience a lot less relaxing; the swimming pool was under construction; the hotel is quite far from Tangier center. The balcony was not properly cleaned either. The beds, however, were incredibly comfortable, I only paid €40 for a double, and again, the staff really enhanced the experience for me.

Very bad experience, I booked 4 rooms for my family and when I got there they only had 1 room even though I confirmed over the phone 2 days before, they couldn't sort out anything for us so we took the 1 room for 4 people and the rest was stranded they told us it was fully booked but the hotel was empty when we checked in the morning breakfast was empty the pool was empty. We had a very bad experience with the hotel staff even though we had little children with us they wouldn't help us, never again
