The food was good. The hotel rooms was pretty nice. Good distance to a number of restaurants and bars. About 15 mins from the medina.

Hotel is a bit dated. Food was very tasty though and the staff was very kind and helpful. The drinks are very expensive compare to outside restaurants. It is in a very good location, right in the centre of the new town. The city tour bus' first stop is in front of the hotel slightly on the left.

The staff are lovely and will do all they can to help you.
The hotel itself is pretty basic. We went in Feb and the pool is shaded over until about 11am and shades back over at 5pm. Rooms are a good size but some do not have balconies so check before you book. The food isn't the best for selection and can sometimes be a little cold but it's OK. The hotel is very central to shops and café over all I would say this hotel is good and great for the price you pay

Had a great weeks stay here. Hotel is situated in a great location, just along from Carre Eden shopping centre with supermarket and shops. Staff in the hotel were lovely and very helpful. We booked a two day trip to the Zagora desert through the hotel and the staff made sure to ask we enjoyed it when we returned.
Breakfast was lovely and very fresh. Pancakes, omelettes both made to order along with freshly squeezed organs juice. Went to dinner buffet one night and thought it was a bit pricey for the options. Room was cleaned everyday and new towels provided in a new design too!
Pool area well maintained and beach towels provided free. Pool water is very cold though!
Overall, very happy during my stay and would recommend it!

We stayed here in the middle of February. First of all the not so good. The WiFi did not always work the higher up you were in the hotel. The paint in the bath was peeling off. We witnessed a waiter on more than one occasion drop cutlery and just put it back with the rest of the cutlery. The gym had equipment that did not work at all; very poor. We booked all-inclusive but this did not include any drinks, the water can turn out to be expensive. On the plus side the pool was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, you could exchange money on site at a good rate (better than at the airport). The rooms were cleaned every day to a good standard. The location of the hotel was good. The choice of food was reasonable buffet style. The lunch had a menu and was served quickly. For the price and service I would recommend staying here.

Nothing good about this hotel apart from the location. Bad wifi, bad customer service and overpriced for its poor quality.

Spent a week here, as soon as you walk in the lovely reception room the staff are on hand to help with every need, the rooms are a little dark but I think that adds to the 'marrakech' experience. We had half board.. breakfast with lunch or dinner, generally the meals are the buffet type and can get a bit samie, but can order off the menu. Breakfast is mix of cold and hot with fruit and cheese or my favourite the omelette bar. The outside seating area is very relaxing and the service is second to none, the staff are friendly and will even do pool side service. The chaps in reception organised our trips up the atlas mountains and our transfers. on the last day, we had to check out at 12 but was told we could use all the facilities and even use a room to shower and change before we left free of charge. Overall a fantastic hotel and could not recommend highly enough.

First of all I don't think it's 4 star hotel. And room are very dirty and as soon as I enter the room it was smelling like s**t. They don't provide room service for a 4 star hotel. I order breakfast first morning they provided room service then next day when I order breakfast staff is like we don't give breakfast in room means you have to go down in restaurant for breakfast I said you provided breakfast first morning and manager is like it must be an error from staff thaaa how can it be and error. So I would not recommend anyone for this hotel if they are thinking it's 4 star hotel.
