Lovely staff - I received a very warm welcome and greetings throughout my time in and out of the hotel. Beautiful room! Tasty breakfast. I look forward to my next visit.
Perfect location in the historic city center, not far from train (20 min walk or easy to take a bus!). My room was a very charming loft with exposed beams. I loved my stay here!
The hotel staff, particularly the receptionist, were very hospitable, and helpful with parking, directions, and suggestions. We enjoyed good breakfasts with lots of variety. The only negative was that from our room, the noise from the street was quite loud on a Saturday night. (The trade off for a quieter room would be a room on the other side losing the view and possibly some of the sunlight.)
The room was beautiful, although with the time of year we had loud music right next door one night and the bar was rather loud the following night. Obviously nothing the hotel staff can control. Location was sensational being central and close to everything. As this was our first visit to Luxembourg, parking can be a bit difficult to comprehend, but the staff at the Hotel resolved everything with the onsite parking. I'd recommend alternative pillow options - as feather pillows are extremely soft (flatten to nothing once your head hits them) and possibly something to act as a bedhead, otherwise you can lose your pillow overnight. The bathroom was compact but functional, the room was clean, and otherwise very comfortable.
We would recommend others to use this hotel in future.
We enjoyed staying at the Parc Beaux Arts very much. The rooms are modern, nice and well equipped.
The staff has been very nice and helpful.
Just for information of other travelers (it's not meant as critic):
It's originally an old building, so despite there is an elevator, you still have to climb some steps here and there on the way to your room.
We had a great stay over Christmas in the Hotel Parc Beaux Arts. The staff was so accomodating and attentive with every request. The hotel room were amazing, with comfortable beds, and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was also amazing and some of the best coffee in all of Luxembourg. My wife and I would highly recommend staying here.
Cheers,
Chris
The hotel entrance is hard to spot, at the side near the Museum, and when you enter there is a small, simple and decidedly old fashioned registration desk. The staff are really friendly though and the room was amazing. First, it was two rooms, plus a bathroom, with a nice touch being the step down from the sitting room to the large bedroom. The bed was really comfortable, the shower was large etc etc. The room and the hotel have a lovely feel to them - old fashioned rooms (some exposed brickwork) but super modern style and furnishings.
The hotel is really central and the one drawback of this is that the bin men are noisy in the morning.
The hotel is lovely. I loved my room and the breakfast was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, I would never stay there again due to the noise at night. There were hundreds of people drinking and partying in the bars and plaza right next to the hotel until after 3:00 am. Then in the early morning at about 6:00, the garbage trucks showed up to pick up the mess and made a racket. It was a nightmare. The hotel has to warn guests of the noise on Friday and Saturday nights. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else!
On my first ever trip to Luxembourg, I was given a recommendation that the Hotel Parc Beaux Arts would be a good place to stay. It was beyond good. The suite was the perfect size; the location was in the heart of the city; the restaurant and bar had wonderful European charm; and the staff was superb. I'll return to Luxembourg for sure -- and I'll stay again at the Hotel Parc Beaux Arts
Great rooms. Spacious, comfortable and very well located. Service was outstanding. Would def recommend!
The hotel and room were lovely as was the welcome from the lady at reception when we checked in.
The noise at night is pretty bad and fair enough your receptionist did warn us about it, but why don't you do something about the problem? Triple glazing on the bedroom windows would help!!
And breakfast was a bit shambolic. Only one waiter seemingly doing everything and he kept disappearing for long periods. We constantly had to ask for more coffee and for butter and for yoghurt to be made available. We didn't dare order anything from the cooked menu!
Such a shame as otherwise it would have been a great stay!
We are very tempted to add a report to trip advisor to warn guests about the noise. There is certainly no chance of sleeping on a Friday or Saturday night if you have either room 21 and 31. Your elderly clients should be forewarned. We wish we'd read the reviews beforehand. We also note that you always respond as if it's a new problem (I was told it was a party!) but, upon researching, we see The Tube has been open for at least five years. The hotel needs to price rooms more cheaply at the weekend and be honest about this.
Absolutely wonderful hotel with unique and charming rooms. Excellent location.
we got what we expected:
good location in the middle of luxembourg-city. good and friendly service, suite # 12 big enough, clean,
at night some rumor from the street - ok it was saturday evening!!
parking at the theatre parking garage
very good breakfast
The location is the best. Nice hotel with a small bed but no problem. I would visit again and recommend to others.
Very good. Room very nice, although sparsly furnished. The only real complaint was the noise outside at night -- the price to pay for being so centrally located I guess. Breakfast was very good.
The place we always book when we travel to Luxembourg City! Nice staff, nice restaurant and very tasty food. Always great seasonal dishes and specialities. The suites are great and beds are very confy!
Amazing hotel in the heart of Luxemburg. Very warm and cozy. Parking is available upon request. Amazing view on the city from the nearby streets. Everything you need is close by. Tasty food, attentive personnel.
Thank you!
This was a last minute booking, and the hotel accommodated our needs for an extra cot in the suite immediately. They greeted us with Luxembourg wine and onion pie. All of the fixtures in the room were excellent. We even ate both meals at the restaurant below! The location is prime. We could not have had a better experience at Hotel Parc Beaux Arts.
I found your hotel on line so you never really know, but it looked nice and centrally located, so I reserved our room. Everything about our experience was perfect. The suite was lovely and perfectly laid out. The bed(s) were very comfortable (although sleeping together in two twin beds pushed together was a tad challenging). All of the staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only regret is that we stayed but one night.
