Overall - 8.5/10 - Its a good hotel option to stay. Amazing location, really nice staff, good servy, room sizes for good and the best part is there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel.
Pros:
- Excellent location to visit places in Luxembourg
- Good service and staff
- Sumptious breakfast buffet. Quite elaborate.
- A lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel including Carrerfour, McDonald's, Burger King, H&M etc.
- Very close to railway station - 5 mins walk
- a nice bar which is open on Sundays also, when 90% of the Luxembourg is closed
- very friendly staff and they try to guide you on the city and help you cover what you would like to.

Cons -
1. No refrigerator inside, so in case you plan to use it, you must check with the staff
2. Basic bathroom amenities
3. Mostly a self service hotel. Like even if you need an ironing board and an iron, you will have to go to the reception and pick it up.
4. No in-room dining options available.

Convenient hotel for bussines.Comfortable bed,clean and free coffee/tea in ur room.Breakfast is quite expensive,but u have MacDonald's and Burger King just next to. Staff really nice.

The only problem I found is they do not have enough supply of bathroom goodies. I was on a company trip for meetings for a few days and did not packed much bathroom liquid. When I ask a guy at the front desk for conditioner, body lotion and shaving cream, I was told that they all given out. The second day i asked, they still do not have that. On the third day, that guy get annoyed, and rudly told me to buy my own and stop asking. Beside that guy, I would say thr other staff are quite friendly and referred me to join the Radisson Reward.

In addition, the breakfast has some good food with fresh orange juice, cold cuts, 6 hot items, like sausages, egg, bacon, mushroomAlso, the location is close to the train station. I would have given 5 stars if the front desk had enough supplys and that guy had better attitude.

The hotel is next to the train station, so easy to get access to. The rooms are minimalist, but enough to spend some nights. However, the breakfast has a limited choice, and the neighborhood is full of dealers one the night comes. In conclusion, a good hotel for professionals, who will stay some days, and work next to the train station.

Awesome business class hotel. They have a good variety for Breakfast (Esp if you are vegan). Close to the city railway station and airport. Love to visit this place again!!!!

Low punctuation goes for the rude manners of the night waitress and because they were offering a 2x1 cocktails in an advert in the elevators that was not true. Otherwise a nice hotel. The rest of the staff was very nice.

The customer service by the receptionists was great and unfortunately, I cannot say the same regarding the bar service. I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and the lady working in the bar was really rude and she seems bothered to our questions. I think the hotel/bar should reconsider either its HR recruiting agency or hiring manager. Customer service is a must in the tourism industry.

EXCELLENT STAFF, MICHEAL AND YOUSEF WERE REALLY FRIENDLY, AND GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THE AREA, SHOWED US ON MAP SOME GOOD PLACES FOR FOOD AND NIGHTCLUBS. THE ROOM HAD GOOD BEDS AND EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY.

Fantastic hotel. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast. Many restaurants nearby. Close to the main train station and just a short walk to the town centre. Highly recommend.

It's very well decorated, but I couldn't sleep a wink. The rooms were directly next to a car park. Ultra noisy. Literally, you see cars parked outside your window bay. Very good service though. But the fact that I didn't sleep made me very cranky. And then I started to find a lot of basic design flaws. Toilet light switches are on the wrong side of the door frame, so you have to close the toilet door first to reach the light on the other side then open it again to get in. And there is no master control switch for lights and you have to turn off everything manually.

This hotel provides a few great perks. One is that parking is 15 Euro per night. When you depart, they give you a voucher to get out of the lot which is good for anytime that day. You can go walking around the city and come back to your car that evening and still get out without paying anything extra!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service at the front desk was terrific! It was about a 10 minute walk to get downtown, but only a few minutes before getting to some great views on the way to the downtown area. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would return for sure.

The location is really great. It's more less 5 minutes from central station. Friendly staff and speak English well. Comfortable bed. Spacious enough room and clean. It's worth to come back another time.

This is a great hotel, smart and modern with well appointed rooms and all the usual extras you would expect such as bath robes and toiletries. I was on the third floor and the room was quiet. This hotel is quite near the station so it does feel a bit ominous in the evenings as quite a few youths are hanging out around the town centre shops. The staff are very helpful and all multilingual which is a bonus for us Brits.
