A true luxury hotel. A fabulous bar and a spectacular view from the breakfast room. They also have a chauffeur limo available for hire by guests outside peak periods. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel but the $2k Euros hold was absolutely ridiculous. Felt like a criminal and good thing I had my personal credit card. $500 I could understand but $2k. Guess clients are not trusted. By the way, the hold more than the charge for the week stay.

Excellent hotel. And before I go into details about the room and location, I want to make sure to highlight the excellent service provided by Cristian on our arrival. Whether it was helping with our car (he parked it for us well after our arrival, then dropped our keys and a note in our room while we were at dinner), our luggage or restaurant recommendations, he could not have been more helpful. It was a great first impression. He wasn't alone-
the entire staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and large (especially for a European hotel : )) and very clean. I thought that the location was niceoff the beaten path enough that the street/sidewalk wasn't crowded but close enough to be within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do. We'd definitely come back.

Not a great experience at all. The main course was due to the small room and rude staff members who made our stay uncomfortable.

The room layout is a bit unusual. There is no door between the room and the sink and glass shower. If you want to maintain any mystique then this is not the hotel for you. The actual toilet does have a door, but I prefer privacy to shower as well.

Staff were beyond amazing (especially Barbara and the blonde gentleman on concierge who gave us advice about the city and provided water after my run). The room was extremely good. Location was great for access to transport and the city. Only flaw being the gym was rather small and limited equipment.

It's a very nice, sophisticated and contemporary hotel. Close to the town centre and has very friendly staff. Has an amazing panaromic view of the city from the restaurant/bar. Very clean and lovely rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. In my opinion, not enough food variety in the room service menu.

Once again, I was greeted as a valued guest. The hotel staff are friendly, accommodating and went the extra distance to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The food in the restaurant was outstanding and the bar service was excellent. The laundry service was efficient. One of my most comfortable stays in any hotel.

A superb hotel excellent staff wonderful food. Comfortable modern rooms. So why not 10 marks.
The beautiful modern bedrooms do not contain any drawers so you have to live out of your suitcase.
Ideal for a buisnessman's one night stop.
Obviously some "designer" made a decision to not include drawers.
A pity ,otherwise it would be perfect.

We really enjoyed the design of the hotel, the room was wonderful clean and comfy very chic and modern. One of the best hotel experience we had. The Hermes shampoo (and scent in the entire hotel) was a delight ! The bed was soft and comfortable. Everyone was nice and professional.
We also tasted the in room dinner and breakfast so tasty. The top floor bar/restaurant provides a panoramic view and delicious cocktails.
We will definitely come back !

This is an amazing hotel. From the welcome, to the rooms, to the service I can't fault almost anything. The staff all spoke impeccable English, and the rooms were superb - comfortable, well-equipped and we'll designed. The only negatives apart from the prohibitive price (€400+) were that there was no breakfast included (and the buffet was €30), and that it was a little noisy. Shame, really, as for that price I would have thought these things wouldn't have been an issue. If you can afford it, however, it's a great place to stay, 15 min walk from Luxembourg centre.

I just visited the L'Observatoire which is the bar at the upper floor. Nice view for Luxembourg city from a pleasant and style bar with a rather classy ambiance.

Beautiful hotel. Handy to airport and the city. Stunning views from the bar.
    Staff friendly and rooms exquisite.
Breakfast is a massive charge of €30 per person. Cocktails from the bar are expensive, but delicious. Treat yourself

This hotel could - should - be great. My 2-day experience was not. Price and performance are not aligned, not at all.

Room service was unreachable (sample N=10 over 2 days: I just kept calling). Instead, I tried through reception which told me it would take 30 mins (!?) to deliver a beer. I went up to the bar and fetched it myself.

Parking was awkward: getting my car back included a sort of car scrum on a tiny parking lot, as staff just distanced itself. 'All the best', they seemed to think.

I forgot the power cord to my PC. My fault. I had to call and mail the hotel 4-5 times to get their attention. I am a fool to forget such things. I do that more often. But hotels about 1/3 of this one's list price (€550) tend to call me on such a lost item, even before I notice. Here, the opposite. Once they found it, they spent some 8 mails on asking me for address details and payment. They were adamant that I would pay for them sending it. I relented. It took them more than a week to get it to me (some 100km away).

A colleague of mine got a smoked-through room, while he asked for non-smoking.

I asked for a conversation with the manager on services and how I perceived them. Have not heard on that.

Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. The room was OK although the view was less than exciting. Reception people were friendly. But several staff members just did not seem to care. Service levels are just low. Do they care at all?
