Worst experience ever. Wifi suck. The supervisor just yelled at me cause i found blood on the mattress. No respect what so ever. I would neeeeever suggest that hotel to any one.

Please report. I feel insulted and i kept staying polite while the supervisor screams at me and my girlfriend.

Please share the word if you have a bad experience

Hotel which could use some refurbishing. Old fashion decoration. No A/C. Low value for money. Very basic breakfast. Good and efficient check-in and out. Spacious bathroom.

Super central hotel directly in front of the train station. Small rooms but sufficient. Clean. Friendly staff at the reception. Difficult to park in the area. You should use public transport. Many buses directly in front of the door.

Decent for a short stay but could do with a modernisation. Decor is a bit aged, the general feel felt old. There is a restaurant and bar adjacent to the hotel, don't need to go outside to enter. WiFi is available and free, and was pretty good compared to a lot of other hotels. Location was good, opposite the train and bus station. Walking distance to a shopping area for food, drinks, clothes etc. As it's close to the stations though, it can get a bit noisy once the pubs and clubs kick people out at the weekend. The walls of the rooms aren't that sound proof either (if you know what I mean 😉)

Everything is fine. Breakfast weak. Shower water pressure strong. A bit noisy, take your ear plugs.

Good location, in front of the train station. Comfortable but no restaurant, just snacks.

Good hotel, make sure to book your room with breakfast included, otherwise you'll have to pay to much for breakfast. Good location, close by a great ramen noodles restaurant

Very decent hotel! Much nicer than what you would see in US for BW brand. It is right across the street from the train station and very easy to find and get to. Our room had great windows that fully open and faced toward the station and streets. Wasn't loud at all when windows closed. Great breakfast buffet for free. They had traditional European breakfast (deli meats, cheeses, breads, spreads, oats and cereals, hard boiled eggs, etc). Also juice and coffee. Excellent! Only thing was the bedding was a little basic. Clean but not luxurious.

Good choice for those who don't pretend much and just looking for a comfortable place.
Breakfast is good but nothing special.
    Staff always available.

Stayed from Friday to Sunday. Air conditioned room, however it was making quite some noise. Turned it off for the nights, because it wasn’t too warm outside.
Room was clean, esp. the bathroom, but had very little storage space. Breakfast was decent and offered enough variety for a few days.
The hotel itself is not very modern, but well maintained.

The hotel is located right opposite of the main station. From there you can take a bus or walk a little (ca. 10-15 minutes) to get to the old town. Good enough for us and saved a fair bit of money compared to hotels closer to the center.

Parking in the streets is free during the nights, but very crowded. During the days it is time limited and you need to pay. There are two spots right in front of the door for loading/unloading.
The hotel has an agreement with a guarded parking garage about 250m away. Reservation is not necessary. They will give you a form to present at the 24/7 cash desk at the garage to get a reduced price of 15€/24h and a ticket that allows going in and out of the garage at any time during your stay.

Location was fantastic and the breakfast was good. Rooms were as advertised and the water pressure was great. Highly recommend staying here.

A nice hotel with good breakfast.
Don't worry about it being on a main road, the soundproofing is excellent.
Slightly annoying that there was a glass panel on the bathroom door. It meant that using the bathroom at night lit up the bedroom disturbing my roommate.

Though not very modern, this hotel ticks almost all boxes when it comes to neatness, wifi, free breakfast, room size etc. Located right opposite Luxembourg central train station, connectivity to anywhere in the country and proximity to all commercial amenities like restaurants, shopping etc is its huge advantage. Bonus is the airconditioning in the room. Helps a lot in the EU summer (>35deg) :D..

    Overall a good experience.

Old smelly rooms, no proper ventilation/airco! Opening windows in that part of the city doesn't help - noisy and no fresh air either. The rest is just average.

Excellent location ( right by the main train station and direct connections with the airport). Noisy air conditioning; don't forget to switch it off before bed. No street noise as far as I could tell. Poor dining place - go somewhere else! Good breakfast selection. Only one small lift for at least 6 floors.

Have used this hotel a few times for business trips. Rooms seem reasonable for the price, however the furniture does look a bit dated. Wifi is very slow also. Hot and continental breakfast is nice.
