  Important railway station for near civilian to travel to maradana, baseline road, kendy road, colombo fort, ragama, gampaha ..etc. Normaly this station is very busy at morning and everning times. Special 6.10, 6.38, 7.09 and 7.40 at morning time. There is no toilet facility for both male and female. Water tap is available for drinking water.

  An important station for the locals as there is no bus service within a two KM radius from this town.
  The station is averagely maintained though decent seating and drinking water is available.
