They offer such a vast collection of different jewellery designs, that no person would come out in empty hands. :D I always go to buy something, and end up buying many different things. The jewellery are of superb quality whether its gold, white gold, rose gold, gems, diamonds or pearls. Outstanding customer service, very friendly staff, if u visit once, u become a part of their family. True Sri Lakan feeling from every aspect. Discounts on every product and free drinks while u choose. My only complain is, they do not have branches all over. But that's totally forgivable.

This place has got amazing customer service.
There is a security guard posted outside the door at all times. When you walk in, you’ll be given a card (which I think carries a reference number of some sort) and greeted warmly by one of the employees. Then you’re immediately introduced to a rep who will take you to a seat at one of the many tables and help you find the product you want.
They each carry a tab and whenever you choose a product, they can check the pricing and give you all the details you need right away.
Once you’ve made your decision, you can pay cash or by card to the rep then and there. They will then hand you over the final receipt. Discounts are available for most products.
While you sit with the rep, you will also be served a cold drink.response / report this review -
