Few days ago I bought a brand new MacBook Pro here, I've been very impressed by service and professionalism of staff. Next day I came to the shop for help (due it is my first Mac I made some software mistakes there) staff were very gentle and helped me immediately.

Experienced an amazing customer service. Specially at the service department. I went to repair my dead iPhone 6s thinking its a battery issue. But the kind lady at the reception just checked and said its dust in my charging port has caused the issue and repaired it for FREE !
Thanks future world for saving my money on a new battery.!!!!

I had an issue with my MacBook Pro. I took it to Future world. They found the issue without taking much time. And staff is really friendly here. Not sure about the price rates there as I didn't repair my laptop from future world. (I decided to take it to Australia). For diagnosis they charge 4000 rupees. That's quite a fair amount.

An authorized service center for Apple in colombo. New products are available most of the time and other accessories of Apple and supportive accessories are also available here. Staff is helpful, service center peoples do the solution in around 3 to 4 working days for major issue with the consult of Apple expertise. New place is bit better spacious than old one. Can trust their services.

Really dissapointed with the service. I was the first customer of the day visiting the service desk, the young lady I spoke to was helpfuluntil the phone rang, she ignored me answered the phone talking for almost ten mind then when finished did not offer any apology.. that's simply rude. I decided not to leave my Mac there as updates and service was going to take three days & 19,000 rps!

Apple's authorized center but there are no repairs for iPhones and ipads only solution is exchange.. It's not a good solution at all.

They are an Authorized Reseller for Apple and generally maintain quite high standards. This new showroom is bigger and looks better. The staff is helpful, and you can rely on their services.

I gave my Macbook pro 2011 Late for a video issue. Apple was providing a full service for that issue. Future World guys did a great job repairing my laptop without taking a penny. Before visiting Future World I went to another Authorized seller named BT something, but they rejected the service saying my laptop is not under that Apple repair programme. Thank you Future World for your service. Wish you all the best to be the best Apple Authorized dealer in Sri Lanka in the coming years.

This place is absolutely terrible.

Not only did they fail to repair my computer, they also took a huge amount of my time. I had to go in 5 times over the space of 10 days, each time sitting and waiting for ages.

Finally they plucked up the courage to tell me they weren't going to repair my computer, and maybe I could get the part I needed in Singapore?

Overall, expensive, time consuming and completely useless.

I had a cracked touch screen on my iPad-4. When both me and my friend independently phoned giving details of the model as well as the exact problem, we were informed that it can be repaired and that we should visit the showroom.

However, when I went to the shop, I was informed that they do not replace screens and that instructions are to try and get customers to agree to an exchange.
Then, after some time, I was told that the model is too old to be swapped.

It is as if they intentionally get people to visit, just to try and get a sale.
