Another place to study and get a degree. Located in a good place. But not suitable for a high study collage. Noisy because of the schools and main road vehicles. Can’t concentrate and do a work. Staff is not that much good. They always trying to get marks from the top management.

a scam to to rip of foreign students. have to pay extra to event to get a visa letter. complete rip off from foreign students.. charges extra for the fees also.

Only a showoffManagement get together to hide justice.Madushan and that assistant manager Srimal is realy pimp for Mohan Pathirana to protect that ICBT name.They are not humens.Even a small child will get passed.Somebody Presnting those presentations while looking at papers.Low in quality too
