Expert service available with high standard security. Outside queue should have shelter. People are standing many hours under strong sunlight.

I am sorry to point out about USA embassy of sri Lanka Not working on time . And no Vehicle parking All the people coming and staying in the road a long time my Interview time is 7:30 AM but I did stay in the road near to 8.30am -Interview officer get decisions without find our details

At the Interview counter. Check who is the consular officer for you FIRST then proceed. Dont go to the lady called Sally.. She will reject your visa

I have been there. Security was tight. Staffs were polite and kind full. The visa officer is so kind. The interview was soft and they don't look at the documents in order to grant a visa , it's secondary important. First important is to interview. My point is they have to look the documents too.

Security of the place prevents staff from making it a better experience. People have to stand in a queue in the hot sun for hours. Typical US behavior. "Since you're not me, I don't care about you"
