  So unproffessional . It says they open at 9am. But they opened at 9.20am. I saw an officer walking down to a restaurant to have his breakfast at 9.05 am. Efficiency and punctuality has gone to dogs.

  Very unprofessional I came from negombo two days in a row and they opened the counter for 5mins just to say that we need to come back on tuesday. So people cant get things done till then. I expect will have to come few more times to get a seal stamped.

  Assalamu alaikum
  Dear qatar passengers if u want to attest a document 1st u want to go foreign ministry after attestation there u come immediately to qatar embassy before royal college, u must to come and submit a document before 11.30 am, after 11.30 am will not get ur documents for attest. So u all be before 11.30 am then u can get attested copy before 5pm by qatar embassy,
  One document attest fee 5000/-
  this is my experience, the bus route from pettah through qatar embassy
  Bus No 120,138.
