  Extremely understanding people. I had an urgent need to get a visa in a short time, not only did they process it in 2 working days, but they also called me to inform that they are processing it as fast as they could. Kudos to the Swiss Embassy for adding a bit of a human-touch for a typically very rigid process.

  Have been there several times. Helpful staff. Sometimes there's a wait here. Hard to find a proper parking spot near.

  If you're ever asked to come here and produce your passport after your first visit to Europe, be sure to ask for an appointment. I was told on the phone that I could drop by any time and simply show the passport and go, but I had to wait 2.5 hours to see the Visa officer.
