It is a good private hospital, there are good rooms and lots more. The parking 🅿 is a bit dirty but it's good. The best rating is 'Fine'
I was admitted to Sri Jayawardenapura Hospital due to Retinal Detachment condition. Wonderful experience with Ophthalmology ward. Dr. Salvin was a wonderful surgeon and the staff was always helpful and kind. They ensured I had a smooth prep, surgery, and follow-up. I stayed in ward three where the entire medical team was very friendly and awesome. I am so glad I chose this hospital and would highly recommend to anyone.
Good care.

The hospital was constructed by Japanese funds and opened in 1984. It is a semi-government hospital so there's both government workers and private workers in it.
Some of the main units in this hospital are:
🔺 Gynaecology and Obstetrics
🔺Surgery

Semi government hospital. There both paid and non paid wards. Well maintained. Quick and talented staff.
My gf was diagnosed with influenza by lanka hospitals and they took her in saying will give a seperate room. But that didn't happened. after the admission they insert a canular but havent give any saline to her till her discharge. The nurse of ward is highly inefficient.she hasn't give any medicine or perform blood sample collection and got scolded by the doctor. Even with the proven reports they carried on their own tests without giving her a single treatment till the discharge. Finally we forced the doctor and got discharged after 2days and payed more than 7K for nothing. Serious part is the nurse signed for a medicine administration even though she hasn't give the particular drug.
A great government hospital which was built by Japan as a gesture of friendship. Although it's owned by government, a fee is charged from patients for treatment. There are paid wards which charge you higher and have more facilities too.
"Non paid" wards have less facilities and are charged a nominal fee from patients.
Great service by all the staff and now the hospital infrastructure also have rapidly developed over the past two years. Parking also convenient for visitors. Maintaining quality standards and available luxury cubicles too.
Also they have introduced new billing system and it's makes you to pay the accurate cost as well.
24hour pharmacy, Channeling services, kidney dialysis services are also available in this hospital. Bests service at a reasonable cost in a government responsible hospital.
Good medical service given by the both doctors and nurses. Nice and Clean place.
I was undergone surgery and stayed at 'ward 15' for 2 days. But unfortunately I had to come back with the infection in throat due to surgical procedures.
Good medical treatments.
Better service than a colombo general hospital. But medical Wrds, toilets and Wash room facilities not clean. I had few experiences recently. cleaning service should change.
This is the great hospital in Sri Lanka. All the nurses are very friendly and kind hearted. The most important thing is the management of hospital is very perfect and they are keeping the entire hospital very neatly.
NOT Recommended at all. Filled with typical goverment time wasters and good for nothing foolish medical interns. Toilet smell gives you head ache. Wards are full of mosquittos. A threat to life. Lab services / scanning not available on poya days so you have to pay for that day and wait on a bed untill those fools come to work on the next working day. Nursing is the only good service you get. but dont risk your life by going to a hospital like this.
Ward 10 orthopedic ward under consultant Dr Ananda Perera we experienced good service. Thank you Dr.
Had a bad experience recently as i went there for a CT scan. It took me ages to get this done as i was misinformed about prerequisites on the previous day & ultimately i cancelled my appointment & asked for a refund & got it. Not a very good or friendly staff either and they won't provide you with correct information.
Not only is this place good for medical treatments, but also the spacious environment has added a sense of cleanliness and serenityit's a good place for a doctor's appointment.
It's a semi government hospital with reasonable prices and quality staff of doctors. The service is good.
I been here for one week at ward 12. Clean modern washrooms. Service is friendly as a lot of younger staff employed. Home nursing support is available so you can hire one.
Nice view in the area can be seen as i was in 5th floor.
This hospital's staff is very friendly.they treat very well to their patients.highly recommend.
A semi government hospital with channelling also the prices are reasonable and also they don't have dental services
This is a gift from the Japan government. This is a semi-government hospital where the patients have to pay a fee for the medical service. The hospital surrounding is very nice. The ventilation of the hospital is in super quality
