Nice hotel. We stayed room very closer to the pool. Nice experience. Food was awesome. Unfortunately beach front was not that delightful due to the coral reef. That's the only issue. Other than that I do recommend this place.

If you do fancy observing colourful coral fish location is great. Can just walk out to the coral reefs right opposite the Hotel during morning low tide amazing variety of fish and marine life. If not for this no other great frills

By the side of a nice beach. Very limited space in the garden. Rooms are properly maintained and clean though not very spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Meals are satisfactory.

Had the opportunity to participate to a wedding ceremony recently and first thing was it's easily accessible from galle road and they have a sufficient parking lot but most of the times they come inside the reception hall with vehicle numbers to clear the blocking vehicles. Services are adequate for a 3star hotel. Felt like little old but not bad. Good service when dining started and staff is really friendly. Genera speaking good place for money. Couldn't say much about the surroundings as I stayed much time inside

All inclusive guests are made to feel inferior when going to dine as your waring the horrible Orange band. You are restricted to certain drinks and food .The local drink is lion ,but ,even though your supposed to get all local drinks inclusive you can not get a bottle of lion,where as paying guests can(singled out again)but on saying that the staff are really nice,pleasant and very helpful,certain one's more than others .You will soon find the one's I mean .

It’s a big hotel that is located on the Indian Ocean. You can watch one of the most beautiful sunsets there. The rooms are clean but our shower wasn’t working well. The staff are nice and always smiling.
The pool is good also. There are several dining areas and a nice bar. I love the outside area so much, it’s huge and there are chairs and hammocks everywhere.

Don't let the pictures fool you. Not worth the price. Charger keep racking up when you check in. Save your money and go to Cinnamon hotel next door for almost the same price and real value. Took us an hour to check in, looked at 5 different rooms as they were all nothing close to their pictures.

The hotel is certainly adequate; nothing fancy. Check in process was a little bit tedious, I thought it took a little bit longer than it should have.
The swimming pool is nice. The bar-next to the dining hall- is small, but the bar menu is adequate.
The beach although is nice is not suitable for swimming.

Can't sleep at any night because of the constant music outside because of parties (marriages) or karaoke. Beach is very small and there is no option to swim in the sea. Wi-Fi is also constantly failing and a very dark room with tiny windows. Very nasty pool water. Staff and the view from the pool are fine, therefore the 2 stars

It's a nice hotel. The room I rented was an Eco room, had two good sized beds. The pillows seemed tired though, felt like they have been in service for a long time. The bathroom was slightly cramped, you have to go inside and shut the door to access the toilet (unless you have gymnast skills). The breakfast was a good spread and the one dinner buffet I had was OK.. the spread didn't offer much selection and the quality of food was acceptable.
The main plus point was the smiling and helpful staff and also a central location.

We booked 2 rooms as a family and got them at the two ends of the floor, and was only changed when we complained through a contact.
Other than that the service and the food is great. Beach not so much (literally it's small) and the pool feels unclean for some reason.
Rooms are very good for the price.
Recommended for short stays

It can be a bit more cleaner. Drove in for the weekend with My Wife. We didn't Like the stay. Kudos to the Friendly Staff though. Therefore, i Will Give it a 3 Star

We stayed in the weekend for two nights in a deluxe room, which had a balcony with an overview of the beach. Room was equipped with basic needs and it was comfortable, but not luxury. However, it was baby friendly.

At the welcome we noted that the front office staff was not organized and efficient. No wet towels given and the welcome drink was bland. Though we have an advance booking at the late checking in the evening, we had to wait for a long time to get a room. The restaurant has the tightly packed dining setting. Although the said smoke area is namely separated there was no physical barrier to propel the smoke. Therefor had a lot of trouble at dining with a presence of a small kid. The taste of the food was very good. Although there was limited variation

But at nutshell we had a relaxing and comfortable stay at the hotel and should mention Sidath in front office and Punsiri in restaurant were a big help to manage our stay comfortably with a baby.

I went to a day outing with my family. Without knowing the reception told us there would be a buffet for the lunch. When we went to lunch there was know buffet and as soon as the chef came to know about this he apologized us did what ever he could do to rectify the mistake made by the reception.

We had a nice time there and the way the chef handled the situation was really good. The staff is very friendly.

One the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed in. It is Right by the beach, you can hear the sound of the waves while taking a swim in their pool.
The rooms were clean, well maintained and had a brilliant sea view.
We checked out at 5 am in the morning and the hotel was kind enough to give us our breakfast packed in a bag.

Staff are the best thing about this hotel. Very helpful, very courteous and efficient. Rooms well worth the money (stayed during an offer), clean and spacious (stayed on the 3rd floor). Food was good too! Will definitely come back.
