Clean & spacious rooms play a big part in paying off the price. Customer service and food need a lot of improvement. Beach access is good but not ideal for a swim. Even the sea view isn't that great. Just one visit is more than enough.

Good hotel in Induruwa. Beach front and this can recommend for seaside relaxation. Good for families and they have a good restaurant.

I loved this hotel which had a beautiful scenery with a swimming pool and the beach.All the staff members were kind and respected all of us.They were dignified and always had a smile in their face and showed their hospitality and politeness towards us. A great place to hide from the burning sun.
If you are looking for super service and brilliant rooms in Sri Lanka - relax, spend a lot of time.
So, rest, the main thing is the climate and nature.
There is a pool, a good breakfast.
Of the disadvantages - the prices of the menu on the beach do not count on reality, on average + 40-50%

This hotel is not 4star . The rooms were very tardy and dirty, the sofas were dirty and stained. Staff had no ideas how to deal with customers, overall a bad experiences

Fabulous to the core, its on the beach at Bentota, sri lanka. The view, the sea, the peace, the rooms with balconies facing the beach. Its so pleasant. The staff is courteous, helpful. The food is very good, lots of variety to please every palate. I would like to go there again for a longer stay.

Excellent locationright on the beach.very quiet and peaceful
Rooms are nice.all sea facing.. breakfast options are okaylesser vegetarian options. Taste is also acceptable.
Usually serve Buffett Dinner again vegetarian options would be lesser..
Staff was very cordial. Quick service.
Ovetall great value for money one star less for less veg options (as I am a vegetarian)

The Beach view, The room, The hospitality, The food, The Staff, everything was very good.. I enjoyed my stay here.. we were here for 2 days.. and we loved it Their Breakfast Buffet and their Dinner Buffet .. Both were really good..

This is our second time here, from the time we arrived to the hotel,the staff gave us a great service and the room and the bathroom was clean. Very nice view from the upper floors. Breakfast has a good variety to choose. Special thanks to Miss. Achala from the front desk and Mr. Tharidu from housekeeping for making our stay more comfortable and relax.even the staff in the restaurant is good.

What we liked:
Location, the view from room (make sure to book a suite or superior room on 3rd floor to enjoy the best view otherwise it's pretty standard), good vibes and postive atmosphere, nice beach, tasty food with good variety, flexible staff

Should have been better:
Old TV with no usb, Parking and enterance is no up to standard compared to other 4star/5star hotels

Great beach property. The staff is kind considerate and accommodating. This property is a older property so don"t expect what you will get at 5 start in the states. The room are clean and of good quality. There is a spa on the property. I had a great Thai message for $55 USD.. Food on the property was also adequate breakfast buffet form 7:30- 10:30 am this was included in the property daily rate. The is room service also and a dinner buffet also. There are also the following activities around the property: Forte Galle, The turtle hatchery and whale watching. The biggest selling point of this property is you can walk right down from your room and enjoy beauty of the Indian Ocean. A great place to unwind relax and get away.

Nice mid range hotel. Value for money.
Service level need improvements but staff is nice & friendly. Foods are great, not served in many varieties though. Lovely Beach, sea seems to be bit rough for bath. Overall good. 3***
