A good place to go to relax.. the food is really good but the reason I give it 3 stars is that the place is now old and needs a lot of renovation.

The staff are very helpful and courteous and the rooms are very cozy.

First I should say the welcome we had on arrival, it was amazing. Secondly the food we had was a unforgettable memory. Wow the food was fabulous. Thanks to the front office staff and the F&B and the chefs. Highly recommend this hotel. The most amazing RM, I had ever seen to help my one and only issue. It’s clean and calm place to stay.

Great hotel, hospitality at its best, excellent service. Large rooms, clean and neatly arranged, good amenities. Very good breakfast buffet with local and western spread. Will definitely return again.

Nice hotel with 2 large pools. Best food ever. Nice,calm and clear beach. The day I visited there were various activities and the costumer service is great too.

This place is fine if you want a huge hotel all inclusive package with noisy events. Not the quiet shoreline hotel I had hoped for after an active two weeks. Persistent staff looking for tips all the time and not great service. Meals average and cleanliness poor. Dated and tired.

I haven't stayed in a place as nice as this. The rooms were great, buffet food delicious and tons of variety. Very friendly staff and everything is so clean! Also high tea was great ( afternoon tea) everything was delicious. Can't beat the pools, the beach and close to downtown. Also, the entertainment was great as well. I would for sure come back!

Just a note to say what a great time we had at the Heritance Hotel Ahungalla the staff were brilliant (special mention to all the reception girls who were just great,} the hotel was spotlessly clean the beach which was a stone throw away i never saw 1 piece of rubbish on it it was just beautiful. can't wait to re book for next year Well done to the General Manager big hotel run to perfection

Very friendly staff, it matters a lot,food was good. Great place to visit, room fan was noisy need attention. Overall experience was very good.

Went for a day outing back in 2016, nice location, lunch buffet was good, pool is awesome, friendly staff. Perfect place for a holiday. Worth the price.

Great hotel with great food. But nothing so joyful other than roaming in the beach of course they have volleyball court, badminton court and indoor playroom but nothing out of conventional. Has a good cultural show after dinner. Had an issue when ordering additional water but sorted out quickly. Caution when you order more water from room service. Only ask them from housekeeping.

Good caring staff. Quick respond when a request has maid. Large beach as well as large pool.. clean and clear.. rooms are perfect.. yummy foods.. no of desserts for select..

This is a very nice hotel spread out over the coast of Ahungalle. There's two large pools, a tennis court, table tennis, badminton court and billiards tables. There's also a mini library where guests have left books during their visits. The food is amazing! Service is good too

The menu was fantastic and chefs pretty helpful. A certain chef named Skanda, saw my kid was picky, and proposed he will cook something for him. Which I really appreciate pretty much and was a really nice gesture. All of the staff was very helpful which was something that have not changed since I last visited here in 2011. All in all it was a good experience.

Excellent.The pool was great.There are many selections of luxury hotel rooms.The gym and the library are fantastic! Specially the library has a computer 💻 which you could use.There's a kids club for children with games and a magician to entertain them every Friday and overall very good service provided by the staff. Housekeeping of the room is only done after the first night ofyour stay but not the second. The problem with WiFi is that it's provided by Dialog Telecom and they require you to pay either by credit card or by purchasing an Internet card.

I loved this hotel. the staff were so polite and welcoming. I loved the breakfast spread. Right on the beach and comfortable - theres nothing more you can want!
