Very nice & comfortable hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The only let down apart from the poor internet is the iron and Ironing board used for in-room. It was something you would expect from from work camp, damaged and the iron leaked water. This is my 2nd stay for business and I would stay again, but leave the iron alone if you don't want water marks all over your clothes.

Old hotel but clean. Moderate service.
Rooms are not soundproof so much noice from traffic outside and some renovations inside. Make it hard to sleep.

Only because the hotel is not far from the bay and the beach you can put him three stars. As soon as the residence was immediately changed, the hotel was offered to their company. The room is small, the bathroom is so small that the door does not open and is awful. A view from the window on what that construction and construction debris. Maybe for a hotel with two or three stars is normal, but for a hotel with four stars it's bad.

As a professional musician, I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. This was my first time in Kuwait. Your hotel is great! Everything is fantastic, wothout any complainment!

Please, consider one thing: give a huge reward to the people on the reception and people from the kitchen! You have highly professional and extremly humble and kind team of people! the rooms wasn't well cleaned and the towel was not white enough and too old, i didn't see the staff well trained to meet the hospitality standard , they even had zero knowledge in the hotel surroundings. it wasn't that pleasant stay as expected.

I am really impressed with hospitality of team. Starting from front desk , managers on duty , dinning area, breakfast area - all were very dedicated and with pleasing personality . Congrats ! Keep it up.
