So my first time in Kuwait was war torn and I stayed in a military base, on a cot, and it sucked. Going back to Kuwait I went as a traveler and stayed here in the executive floor. It was a great time, fantastic stay, hotel, service, food, etc. overall my second time to Kuwait was great and this place helped make it that way. They were super helpful with their shuttle and got me to some nice places in town. Worth the stay. They may still have crazies living north of them, but give Kuwait a shot.
👍
very good place to go for it
Tried it twice, excellent location and Great 5-Star Service.
Must try: The Sushi restaurant, Breakfast menu and the top-floor swimming pool
Excellent hotel. Outstanding and friendly staff. My favorite place to stay in Kuwait.
Quickly becoming ny favorite hotel in Kuwait. Stayed in most of the competition but keep coming back to this hotel.
This hotel has gone from being the Meridian to being a JW Marriott. A great location for business travellers. However it doesn't carry the weight of other JW Marriots around the world. It would probably need a full redesign of the lobby area to achieve this.
Great staff, clean rooms and good space, i like the location connected to mall.
A luxurious hotel with a spacious lobby. The staff are very friendly and professional.
The room is clean, bed is comfy and the bathroom is very nice.
All the 5 star hotel room accessories are available.
The view from the room is very nice however the windows need cleaning from the outside.
The open buffet breakfast is perfect. Rich in varieties and the service is very good and fast.
Recommended for business trips!
Great place to stay at. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff
Getting a bit tired.in desperate need of a reno to keep up with rivals. The nearby Four Points Sheraton is better.
Part of the Salhia Complex mall, this upscale business hotel in a gleaming modern tower is 10 minutes' walk from the Liberation Tower and 16 km from Kuwait International Airport.
Accommodations range from refined rooms with marble bathrooms and high-end linens, to plush suites with living rooms and whirlpool tubs. All offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screens and minibars, plus desks and floor-to-ceiling windows. Upgraded quarters add butler service and access to a club lounge. There's 24/7 room service.
A breakfast buffet, parking and an airport shuttle are free. Amenities include 4 eateries, a spa and an indoor pool, plus a gym and a ballroom.
The lobby area is very nice
The service is great
But the issue is you can hear the car's outside at night, I think they need to soundproof the whole hotel
This hotel is located in city centre good for business and leisure. Attached to a high value shopping mall
3 days business trip. The place is clean and staff are helpful and friendly
I spent 5 days at the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Service level was excellent with staff being friendly and attentive to needs and wants. Included breakfast was good and sufficient to meet my needs. I would avoid eating at the hotel. Food is good but way overpriced. Simply go to the mall next door, third floor, where you can find a few nice restaurant options.
Extremely polite and friendly staff. Had a great breakfast
Very kind people and gave super room
Nice hotel great hospitality.,
Japanies resturant is good, terrac grill sucks
The hotel is very good in all aspects except the size of the room which is very small. The staff is very friendly. It has access to alsalehiyah mall which is an advantage to the hotel.
One of the oldest hotels in Kuwait, yet most well maintained as well. It's adjacent to a high-end shopping mall (Salhiya), which also includes offices.
Been there as a guest, presenter in an event as well as dined in all restaurants. 5 stars all across.
Very good breakfast, good and free wifi. Overall it is not very modern, but quite comfortable.
Totally below expectations in service and quality. Not recommended and surely wouldn't give it more than a 3star hotel.. It has weddings frequently. But has no ladies salon and even the one in Sheraton hotel shut down.
One of the finest 5 star hotels in Kuwait. In a great location as well, connected to a shopping mall, and is also located infront of another one. Lot's of attractions are within a walking distance, including the beach, and the Old Souks area.
Old hotel but great choice of restaurants
Staff are amazing and easily justify me taking a detour to Kuwait. Ground floor restaurant recently renovated and looks amazing and modern.
Great service by the staff, I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an delicious breakfast. I usually have trouble sleeping in hotel beds but not this one, they have a comfy bed, mattress, and pillows.
