Marvelous stay. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast was good in choice fresh and tasty. Fairly saying after that didn't eat till tomorrow morning. Room was very quiet and calming. Pure pleasure. Don't take me wrong - hotel class, it means simple, but on much better side.

A very well located hotel with easy access. The rooms are clean the service is great. The breakfast has a good variety but not much. It is my usual stay destination in Kuwait. The only drawback is that the access from the main street when there is a wedding, it will be very crowded and you will take forever to drive to hotel entrance.

I attended a seminar over in Marriott Courtyard. Not very high in security but anyone can go into any floor, which should not be the case.
The attendants were courteous and polite. The food was good and had a good palette with a big seating arrangement.
The toilets were a little bit under maintenance and needs a little work.
Overall satisfactory and good in the food criteria.

Such a lovely hotel great staff very friendly welcoming and helpful and they remember you if you are staying here a couple of days and meet your needs that surprised me as its a hotel and they must meet many many people. Kitchen staff waiters reception desk everyone i came across were lovely thank you as you made my 5 day stay here realy pleasant.

Solid hotel in my limited experience (two nights). Spacious room, Marriott standard (so a little bland but it works), spacious pool and decent gym for a hotel. Solid breakfast buffet.

Used to be a great place but my last visit was miserable. I am a member in Marriott loyalty program and I called in advance to make sure all preparation was ready nevertheless it was all messed up. The room key cards was changed 3 times (not working) in a single day. Room service was terrible had a problem with every order. I even had hair on my steak. Customer service is terrible. I spent more time in the lobby than the time in my room. THEY FALSIFIED BILLS when I went to checkout !!! When I asked to see my bills they tried to mislead me . but then when I insist to see the bills they said it was a mistake.
They stole a bag full of different things I just bought and they didn't even compensate me on what was stolen from my room.

In addition their swimming pool is always under maintenance so don't count on it.

There are a lot of hotels in Kuwait .. don't you even think of going to this hotel.

Small cozy hotel connected with small semi luxurious mall You need always taxi to move since Kuwait city is not a place where you can't walk
PS:The hotel has the the best Indian restaurant in the area (Spice n Soul).

I stayed there for four nights. The services were excellent and staff were very professional. The breakfast buffet is one of the best with just the right variety of wester, Indian, and Mediterranean tastes. Will definitely stay here during my next visit.
