Clean, simple, good service, sensible price.
Very old fashion , AC always high.
Good hotel. Right in the city area of Kuwait. Nice view for sea side rooms. Clean. The breakfast they serve is same all the time good for short stay. I think they should include varieties to it. Rest all value for money. Good staff.
Very old. AC is a Switch with high, medium and low you don't have a temp panel.
The building next to the hotel is being demolished so it is very noisy
They serve only one big bottle of water for the whole stay.
Very poor breakfast buffet. Very unpleasant smell all over the hotel.
Check the in and go plaza just across the road. Much better with a little bit of money more
This hotel, like all others I’ve stayed in in Kuwait is very out-dated.
The car park outside is crazy! To gain access you sit at the security gate and honk your horn until someone opens it no matter the time. As it is often too full, you then leave your car keys at reception to allow them to move your car around to make room for others later, crazy.
The staff at reception are watching videos on their phones every time you walk past and are not welcoming at all, but I must say they have been very helpful and understanding with issues regarding payment.
There is multiple WiFi networks available, all with the same password and all equally as slow and unreliable as the next. I’ve never been kicked off a network so often and this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where I’ve struggled to stream Netflix! This system needs to be updated immediately.
The rooms are very clean and I never had any issues with the cleaning service except that the room is cleaned then 1-4 hours later you get a knock at the door with your new towel.
The beds are not comfortable, the pillows are the worst I’ve had the displeasure of using. 3 are rock hard and one is soft but full of uncomfortable lumps.
For the first time in Kuwait, I’ve not had a kettle with tea & coffee, free water or replenished shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in my room.
The free breakfast is also the worst I’ve experienced, the food is okay but the experience is terrible. Two of the oldest and slowest toasters I’ve ever seen accompanied by the smallest bread I’ve ever seen. Disgusting juice which is the same every day, no glasses, no mugs for tea & coffee, the same food every single day, no fruit, no cereal.
I don’t think they replenish anything when it’s finished as I’ve often had no juice or water or even butter for my toast if I arrive a little late.
Not bad for the price.
nice staff, clean rooms and hallways but average breakfast
Very old furnitured and equipped hotel, cleaning is not good and hospitality is missing
Not bad,
Location good
Breakfast poor
Very poor management
The staff very friendly and management make exception for my wife and I visit. For anyone traveling as husband and wife please bring marriage certificate.
Not the best hotel, but it has a great Korean Restaurant you may want to visit.
Need upgrade but ok for budget kinda hotel
An ok hotel, not bad for a 3 star hotel. However, the location is really good, and they also have a very authentic and delicious Korean restaurant on the ground floor.
I disliked it, old needs a lot of attention
Wonderful stay..
Not clean. Bad customer service. Very old. The food is terrible
Nice to stay and that too in this much low rate.
