I had a hopelessly miserable stay here from 5th April to 8th April, 2018
Please Don't stay in this hotel, the reasons are as follows (Why pay and buy unhappiness?):
1. The front office communication hopelessly bad, they make you wait for infinite time (more than an hour).
2. First they put you in a room and then change it when you are about to settle. I had arrived at 12:30 night and by 1 pm they changed to another room when I was about to sleep.
3. They don't even tell you that they serve complimentary breakfast, you need to ask may be 10 times. Breakfast is hopeless, but the stewards are courteous despite language handicap.
4. In my room the AC started leaking and the bed was wet, but no service.
5. TOTALLY A MISERABLE EXPERIENCETHE WORST EVER STAY!

Location is good but hotel is old and run down. During winter time it gets cold in the rooms. Shower needs repair. Would not come back.

Worse than any hostel stay, even compared to developing countries. Greeted by 5 stories of stairs to carry luggage up, unclean toilets and a room which is smaller than a closet or even an elevator. Horrible worst management

Do not ever think to sign in . Bad servise and bad rooms and bad AC also small parking you have to park ur car far away from hottel .

Breakfast, location, service and car parking are good. Beds, which is the most important thing, are old and way over used . It is overpriced compared to what i paid.
