My experience was in April. Close to the airport. Staff were warm-welcoming. I enjoyed it, and if I’ll go to Kuwait, I will definitely use this hotel. I enjoyed my meals in Lebanese, Iranian restaurants. I bought some gifts from the perfume shop there also :)

They have nice spacious and comfortable rooms. There are some 7 restaurants in the hotel with cuisines like Lebanese, Indian, Japanese, continental etc. We visited the Lebanese one several times for dinner and shisha. Prices are quite reasonable. They serve very nice food there. The breakfast spread is decent too. I wouldn't mind returning here on my next visit!

We arrived via a street taxi
There was no one to drop our luggage, the taxi driver had to pull the trolley and put the luggage, then we entered and checked in, the was no a good welcoming.
During the evening, the reception were not answering the calls, we needed an extra blanket as the room were freezing cold, not one answered the call until we fell asleep.
Over all, there rooms were clean, location is good.

Holiday Inn and Crown Plaza are in the same compound. Holiday Inn is an iconic building with many wonderful facilities. Hotel lobby is imposing and huge. Rooms are ok size, not too large or too small. Breakfast was served in Silk which is supposedly part of Crown Plaza. Breakfast was adequate and all American. Swimming Pool, Spa and Gym are outside the hotel in a separate building. Pool is small but seemed adequate looking at the number of people using it. Gym was one of the best I have seen so far, but gets crowded.

Nice place in the center and very close to airport. This is an old hotel which was there before the invasion by iraq in 1990. The hotel was hit by missile during the war and attacked bynthe army. There is a corner inside the building where it is showing these stuff with photos and the real material from that time.
There are couple of good restaurants inside the building. The cafe on the ground floor is romantic and quite with a piano being played by a woman.
The gym is quite old and need some refabrication.response / report this review -

Newly started in the previous building for crown plaza. Now it is beside it. I have attended many conferences here and their facilities are marvelous. The lecture is very big and has great sound system.

Loved the hotel. Staff was nice and accommodating. Quiet rooms, beautiful features, and lots of places to eat in the establishment. I will be staying here again. Kudos to the staff!

Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Clean well equipped rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Usually I don't stay in this area when I visit Kuwait but chose this one for this trip because of the location near the airport as I had an early morning flight. I would definitely consider this hotel for my next trip to Kuwait. Highly recommended!

This hotel was outstanding! Rooms were nice and clean. Security was tight and always present. Staff was excellent! Food was great. If I have the chance, I would stay there again.
