The new East Garden restaurant manager needed some assistance. I provided 30+ years of restaurant experience. The breakfast the first day was not eye appealing and not good. The manager made us fresh food and had it delivered to our room. The next day was much better. My wife was watching the baby who was sleeping and the manager had food sent to her.

The room was amazing with 2 TVs. The bed was soft and comfortable. The living room wsd well thought out with views from all angles.

The pool water was very nice similar to bath water.

We will definitely go back and get the suite again.

Excellent property.
Perfect service neat and clean rooms.
Rooms are quite big with cross sea view.
Here they have higher floor room available.
With east garden ans buffalo restaurant.

In east garden you can have indian arabic food available here and buffalo restaurant is famous for American food.

During my business trip i preferred to stay here for long term like 30 to 45 days

The service, the room, the amenities and the breakfast were all up to my expectations from a hotel in this class and price range.
The location is convenient if you have business in Al-Ahmadi or the oil and gas industrial areas. It’s reasonably close to the airport also and a few minutes cab ride to Al-Koot shopping center.

Very nice rooms and modern. Bathroom us great too. Prices are very good and it is centrally located to all kinds of food places. Staff are very pleasant. I put my Senior staff there as it considerablly cheaper than some hotel and yet meets the standard.

Not luxury .. closed to Alfahahel and Ahmadi and far away from thr Avenue mall and Kuwait city but you can find lots of cafes and restaurant around parking lots enough for not more tha 25 cars

Poor Wifi Was told by IT manager that it was my phone, I have never had any issues before, and my laptop would not work either on WIFI So is it the phone and the laptop or the WIFI in the hotel?? Breakfast is plentiful, and the rooms are okay. Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. I would recommend staying elsewhere for sure for this price

Good hotel! For the price rooms are good, breakfast is rich and the staff is welcoming. Good location where you can easily access the beach walk and all restaurants and shops are around you.

Went there for a business trip. Got the room with an unfilled minibar and came back the next to check out to find the room was not made.

It's clean and the service was great. The one thing that wasn't great was the WiFi. Didn't work most of the time even after calling the reception few times about it.
