Although there was plenty of food to offer, most of it was chicken. I never could find any lamb supposedly mixed up in the rice. The Shawarma was tasty and freshly made. I always look for bread and butter, but in this case, there was bread and cheese. Turkish coffee was served but I really could've enjoyed a cup of tea. We had discount coupons so, with that in mind, it was worth what we paid for. Service was good, no doubt there.

I stayed there for several weeks and was most satisfied with everything. The rooms were clean, the room service was excellent, the people at the reception were very helpful. The food served at breakfast and at dinner was abundant, wide ranging and delicious, hats off to the chef. The rooftop gym is very convenient and has a beautiful view of the sea. This hotel is definately a place I would highly recommend and would return to stay at any time!

It was one of the most amazing hotel experiences I have ever had. I didn't want to leave! We arrived at the hotel to friendly porters who helped us out of the taxi and into the hotel. The lobby is very glamorous with glitzy chandeliers and polished marble floors. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly. Our room was located on the 5th floor with amazing views

I took my partner out for dinner to the Anchor Beach Bar. They had private tents available for Valentine's day so I booked one for 40 KWD. First of all I had to call them 6 times to manage to get a reservation. The main reception always transfers me to the restaurant and they never pick up! Even after someone did pickup he said the reservation people are busy and he took my number so they would call me back but that never happened! Anyways once I was actually there, they took us to our tent which looked nice and tidy (the only good thing about the experience). The tent was part of a package that has a preset menu with appetizers, 2 main dishes and dessert. 5 minutes after we sit down the waiter takes our main dish order (other items are preset), and then doesn't show up again for 30 mins to reconfirm our order. After one hour from sitting down, (yes one hour!) there is no food served and no one answers the buzzer button. I personally get up and walk all the way down from the tent to the main restraunt and ask to see the manager. They tell me he is not here and will come in a while. 10 minutes later they finally show up with the cold appetizers and 10 minutes later the first main dish of jumbo shrimps and rice shows up. It was cold. 10 minutes later the mixed Oriental grilled shows up and guess what, it was also cold. Not only was it cold but the quality and presentation of the food is abysmal. When we're done we ask for the dessert, and the guy shows up with the Tiramisu cake but guess what he forgot to get us spoons. He takes another 10 minutes to get us spoons. My partner is a very laid back person but even she was upset by this experience as should anyone, especially on a nice occasion like Valentine's day. These people are obviously bad at organization and management and their food is terrible. This whole package is way overpriced, I get better service at McDonald's for crying out loud. I highly recommend people to stay away from this restaurant and probably the whole hotel, with such terrible management I don't understand how this place operates. The apple does not fall far from the tree and if the restaurant is this bad then the hotel is probably not that much better. Stick those 5 stars somewhere nice cause this was the worst dining experience I had in my entire life and it just happened to be on Valentine's day too.

Neatly Maintained halls and rooms. The open park areas at the back needs more cleaner maintenance. Located on beach front and one can get nice view over the sea.

The hotel is very nice and I liked it very much. However the staff at the reception need to be trained to be friendly to clients. I visited the hotel the day before my check in to insure that I can check in early the next day. The lady at the reception said it is fine and I can come at 12 noon to collect the access cards. I was surprised that when I showed up the next day, the same lady said that the rooms are not ready and I cannot collect the access cards and I have to wait for at least one hour!!. Add to this, and during my interaction with her on the two days,she was very serious with not a single smile. I felt like I was treated like a beggar. In addition, the wi -fi was down for several hours which ruined the stay.

3 is only if it is compared to the top notch hotels. Otherwise a marvellous hotel experience: good accommodation, good food, good services, good services, good hospitality, surroundings, moderate cost, adequate location, good for holiday or business meets, ample parking.
Only downside is no access to the sea.

The restaurant is has a lovely view over the sea.Food is fresh and tasty.The hotel is quiet and new.Service is great.There is a nice garden and a small game area.There is a wide tent under construction as a big cafe looks o the sea and also small separate tents for families.I don't think it has a beach for swimming.It's a nice quiet place to relax.

Family stay was great for short time. Things that can be improved in the hotel are 1.Food (had food poisoning on the last day), 2. Facilities (swimming pool on the roof is not so good, very small and no kids pool. The hotel has a large parking area could be used for a new swimming pool). 3. The view was not good, looking at the empty land with lots of water retained. 4. The room smell from carpet.

Almost every thing is ok but missing the professionality and standardization

Beach sign gives informations that doesn't mach with neither the reception nor the hotel beach gard as well as some informations in the guest service directory book in the room .

We were a family of 4 who stayed at a suite and a connected room for 3 nights. We loved this hotel because of the quiteness, the large rooms, the comfy beds, the excellent housekeeping, the friendly and profissional staff, and the security of the facility. I had my own car, so the 30 km distance from the Avenues Malll for example or the Salmiyah district was not a problem at all. As s matter of fact, it was a plus that we stayed far from the high traffic and heavily crowded areas.
The breakfast was rich and full of varaities. Not all rooms on sea side had good sea view. The ones on the south had better view than the ones on the north. The thing I did not like about the redidence section is the fact that one has to leave the loppy, walks to the outside yard befor he enters the residence section. Although the two room apartments I saw first were nice and spacious, I opted not to stay there because of this afformentioned isolation issue. Another thing that I think was bad was the somking smell coming out from these two apartments I checked. Hotel management needs to do something regarding this issue.

In general, the hotel was a good choice that we all liked as a family. We difinitly will consider this hotel again in our next trip to Kuwait.

I booked this hotel because it is on the beach and has some facilities for the kids. I was surprised that the beach is closed for some construction operations.

If I knew this, I would have booked another normal and cheaper hotel in the city because it is going to only be for sleeping time.

The Internet service is not working as well.

It is a bad experience for me and my family since we believe we have been deceived in this place which promised alot and delivered only few things.

Good quality hotel, new enough. Staff is very friendly. Location in quiet area of Fintas, access to beach. Despite looking small outside quiet spacious. Food and beverage is good quality. Rooms are spacious with nice view either on Sea side. Overall ambience is pleasingly quiet.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and new. Service is great and the staff is very hospitable.

Breakfast has a wide selection of food and extremely delicious croissants.

Their beach cafe has a nice Shisha lounge, great for watching football.

Location is also great with easy accessibility to highways and local roads with lots of dining and shopping options in close proximity.
