Very poor hotel accommodation most of the time Airlines forces us to stay in the hotel with payment which makes the kuwait airways price high. Not a very good staff either as they simply allow for little.

The hotel is inside of transit area airport. After arrival you have to go to gate 22 where is transit desk where you will wait on transport to the hotel(during your stay you cannot leave this hotel or yes -but no way to get back). We arrived around 10pm and the hotel staff offer to us dinner. At hotel room si one bottle with water and you dont have any chance to buy at hotel some drinks(buy at airport!!). Rooms are relativelly cleaned, air accomodation, shampoo, hairdryer, Tv,free wifi.Smoking area, bussiness room with Pc and free wifi.

A good Airport hotel with excellent facilities. the airport is a transit Hotel located inside the airport and not accessible to open public. I have stayed there for 20 hours hours and the facilities available good only. the food is good and swimming pool gymnasium and other facilities can be availed to spend the transit time.

what is the point to wait 1-2 hr for the shuttle bus since the hotel is inside TARMAC and just 3 mins drive to the departure gate??

i had to stay in this hotel cuz i have no choice by the business here. Nearly 10 times in this hotel and they never improved.

when you use the credit card the staff will say that your card is not working but then they switch to another machine it will work just fine. AND THIS HAPPEN REPETITIVELY EVERYTIME I COME HERE FOR GOD SAKE!

waiting time, not service by queqe, front staff , manner, service, system.
to have this hotel serve as "airport" hotel is a shame

Stayed one night at Safir Airport Hotel in Kuwait. This was due a delay in a flight from the UK. The Hotel is located inside the airport boundary. I don't think outsiders can use this hotel. The stay was very pleasant. Very clean rooms and toilets. The food, which was buffet style, was good.

Great food with good accommodation. Hotel staff behavior is not good, seems they want tips or don't want to offer food honestly, there is something fishy

    - Such a trash hotel.
A/C switch is broken, I cant control it.
    - 0 hospitality.
    - Even 3 stars hotel provide welcome touch but not this trash hotel.
    - the receptionists need soft skills training, they hang the phone call before I finish talking.
    - jar of water!!!, you dont know for how long this water is there.
    - no cold water in the whole hotel.
    - even the restaurant menu not not there in the room.
Do you think I will try the restaurant? In your dream losers.

    WORST-NIGHTMARE:

This hotel is used by Kuwait Airways for the passengers who have longer transit. After I purchased the tickets, the timings changed and transit became 8 hours and 55 minutes. (Route - Ahmedabad to Jeddah)

When reached and asked the information desk at the airport they repeatedly told me and my wife to wait (at 6am in morning). Then after some time they told that hotel starts at 07:30am so some body will come to pick you up at 07:30.

Then it was 08:00am. Still no body came to pickup. The information desk ladies are discussing in loud and lousy way with each other in some local Indian language (Yes in front of customers !!!!!).

Now comes the real nightmare. At 08:10am, a guy comes in a rowdy way named ANISH MATHEW. He came and started fighting with information desk ladies. When ladies told to issue a memo he starts threatening them also by showing his mobile and asking to complain whom soever they want.

Then he started ordering the waiting passengers like me to go some where (Again like ordering some bounded laborers.) Finally reached the Hotel at 09:00am. Reached the room and another surprise. The rooms are all over covered with fine dust and its smell(Seems they were not cleaned for ages). AC is super cool and you cant rest but freeze.

For 3:00pm flight they starts calling all passengers from 12:00pm !!!!! Went for lunch at 12:30pm. Luckily the restaurant staff was generous and prepared some vegetarian dishes for us. Thanks for them.

After lunch waiting at the reception, the GUY, ANISH MATHEW starts shouting passengers for returning their passport (In same way as mentioned above !!!!!).

Reached the airport and waited for the next flight. Thought NOT to opt for this facility and use Kuwait Airways in future. NEVER. !!!!!!

Worst hotel experience ever. We got to Kuwait Airport (aka Mecca of security checks) at 4:30 am and they kept us waiting till 7 for shuttle bus to come (later we found out that's when their shift changes and they cannot give us rooms before then)! The time that hotel staff arrived to guide us to the bus was around 8:15 and by the time we passed security checks and waited for the bus one more time we get to the hotel and to our room by 9:50! Room was dirty with a lot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Kuwait Airways forced us to book and pay for this crappy hotel due to our long layover.

Worst ever staff anyone can think.
    Beyond imagination.
Me "Can you give any information about the services in the hotel"
    Reception "NO"
Me "Please see to that i get my cab on time so that i could go on time to the terminal"
    Reception "THAT'S NOT OUR JOB"

    END OF STORY

If u ever cross the name safir just sleep in the streets than going there

It should be negative. Worst experience. Unprofessional stuff. I stayed here for 16 hours. My flight was at 4:15 p.m. They called me before 12:00 for checked out. It is just 6 minutes drive to airport from hotel. I have been waiting for 1 hour for bus. Also, they didn't provide me lunch.
One other was couple with a kids. The kid was crying for food. They didn't give her food.
