A really good and elegant hotel.
The building is a bit confusing as there are two hotels sharing the same building. Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza. Crown plaza's lobby and service desk is located on the 2nd floor which can be easily reached from the escalator on the right hand side once you go in the hotel.
There are multiple restaurants in the building, my fav is Ayam Zamaan which is located behind the service desk of Crowne Plaza.. it has a Lebanese cuisine and they serve shisha! They also have a huge screen to watch your fav team's football matches!response / report this review -

Clean sheets, rainfall showerheads, tranquil ambiance, very friendly staff, and waffles in the morning. This is my go-to place to stay in Kuwait City. It's close to the airport and The Avenues shopping area and there is a free shuttle service to both. The spa is quite nice and a great way to relax. So yeahit's not like there is a tone of other stuff to here. Although if you come to Kuwait City, go to the landmark towers on the waterfront and check out the water park and sea-doo rentals that are near by!

Really Amazing Hotel with very Comfortable Rooms and it has 7 Restaurant's which serve a wide choice of food. It has a Indian, Lebanese, Japanese, Steak House, Sea Food, Arabic and a Coffee Shop. Very close to the Airport and Friendly Warm Staff.

Lobby is on first floor.. entrance on ground shared with another hotel. Need direction signs to lobby from entrance and staff should bcm proactive in directing visitors. Parking can get more organised between hotels.

Not that they needed a review; they're already top notch!!! Middle of town, easy access to all the vital parts of the city, internal ambience- top notch, service- top notch, customer care- top notch, excellent venue for business getaways, conferences, etc. but not holidays (but then i haven't stayed here yet)
Best features: They serve sea food all week long!!!
Downside: Slightly compact till the new building came about, but the space limitation is still there, surroundings are a bit downside.response / report this review -

Comfortable, almost new hotel, friendly staff. The main restaurant is not the greatest but the Crown Plaza is literally attached to a Holiday Inn, which has a selection of nice places to eat.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Definitely very secure with all the security all around, the customer service was excellent and great breakfast selection, I would stay here again

Please be aware that there are new hotel inside of the hotel the old entrance one. Hotel is good. Its average of the city and airport. Rooms clean but equipment the room is not high quality. The Internet is excellent. Breakfast good. Price too high
